Excellent service. I have scheduled maintenance service appointments with Adam and my Maxima has been quickly tended to each time. Extra attention was required last time (front tire shield had come loose on a trip). They reattached and tightened other screws at no charge. Thanks, guys.

Visited today for scheduled service and spoke with both Hannah and Montana regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Montana addressed a simple concern regarding a previous service appointment matter and provided the information I needed with her usual appreciation, for my inquiry, and candor. Thank you Montana.While I was making my inquiry of Montana I was also engaging Hannah regarding my service requirements for today. Hannah reviewed what I requested, what was required, and what could be deferred until the next service appointment. Once service began Hannah kept me apprised of the progress and any questions the technician had for me. Following the service conclusion Hannah reviewed the work completed and advised me what service processes would be required during my next service visit.Both Hannah and Montana went beyond what most Service Advisors do after the service, they engaged in brief and polite conversation before thanking me for stopping in today and wished me a good weekend. Ladies, thank you for your time and attention today.

The needed service was very thoroughly and completely discussed. I felt confident in making a good decision with the information provided Kyng Scott has called several times to update me about parts etc. Also one of the other service people helped me regarding my auto insurance. Although my repair has not been done. I feel confident about a good result.

I give Jim Burke Nissan a 10/10 for everything in every deparment honestly. When I bought my car with them, the car-buying process was smooth and easy. My salesman was Mr. Rodney and he was very knowledgeable regarding cars I inquired about and regarding what cars on the lot would be a good fit for my lifestyle. Furthermore, I recently got my car serviced by Mr. Adam in the service department and he did a tremendous job assisting me with any questions I had regarding my car and the oil change process. I’m glad that I bought my car from Jim Burke Nissan and if you’re looking to purchase a car please give them a visit.

Jim Burke service department is hands down delivering the best customer experience ever!King translated mechanics into my language and empowered me to make sound decisions based on what my car required. He also checked on my wellbeing while keeping me updated on the progress of my car service. Jim Burke will definitely be my go to dealership for now on. Thanks again guys!

I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue on August 8, 2023, for its oil change. I have a lifetime oil change with Jim Burke. The service advisor told me the only way I could get the lifetime oil change was to have my car serviced with scheduled maintenance. I told him that my car had been previously serviced but they could check the filters. At that point he said, you'll have to spend at least $185 to receive the oil change (the oil change was quoted at 79.95). I thought it over and told him that's okay, I would take it to a Nissan dealer near my home since I was required to pay. I took the car to Benton Nissan, got the oil changed at $59.99, received a complete vehicle inspection including cabin filters (which did not need changing), and replaced an under panel in the front of the vehicle at no extra charge. Needless to say, I will never go back to Burke. I really didn't appreciate the service advisor trying to take advantage of me because I'm a female and he didn't think I knew better.

The initial purchase of our used vehicle was great. Fairly quick, easy, & they accommodated the trade-in of a family vehicle we had been gifted. The rest of the experience was downhill.Because of the title signing for the trade-in being across state lines, they withheld our title application & bill or sale. We were told they would contact us when signing was complete. They never did.After months of calling, being sent to voicemail, being hung up on, & receiving no call-backs, we took the risk of driving to the dealership to the get paperwork need for our license & registration. On our way, we were pulled over & the vehicle was impounded due to our lack of the documents the dealership withheld & wouldn’t even email. This is our only vehicle as we live within walking distance of our workplace.After a few more phone calls, specifying what happened, the dealership was suddenly very responsive. We received an email with our missing documents. But no offer to amend the financial difficulty caused by their lack of communication and follow through in providing our paperwork. We hope the dealership reconsiders assisting us.That said, I guess if you’re buying with simple paperwork…go for it. If you need to trade-in & coordinator lots of paperwork, I would think twice.

There is no higher praise that I can give for these folks. We were traveling from Knoxville Tennessee down to Orange Beach and my car broke down. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to get us on our way. I’ve never been to a dealership that showed so much compassion towards two strangers just trying to go on vacation.My service tech Hannah took care of us and had all the details worked out from getting my car in to holding a rental for us. Donna handled the rental part and was very easy to work with. The gentleman that took us down to the service shop was equally amazing and I got a big hug from him once we were on our way. Ryan in-took my car and assured me that he would try to have it fixed by Monday when we were due back.Everything happened just as they said it would. Monday morning I got a text that my car was ready. They were just as nice then as they were when we were distressed. If I ever have a need to buy a new Nissan, I will take myself down to Birmingham to buy from this lot. That is how amazing these people were to us. Do not hesitate to put your trust in them. I have all the faith in the world that they will take care of anyone just as well as they took care of us.

I couldn't have had a better experience! They were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. The drop off area and waiting room were clean and comfortable. Follow-up was quick. 100% for the Jim Burke service team.

7/24/23Jim Burke service my car very well, but the service payments are too high for me, especially labor. I understand everything is up, but this last service set me back. I keep coming back to Jim Burke service department because of the great service and customer service. So five stars it is! Thanks for all the help and advice Dylan, Adam and Montana.

Great service. Met by service advisor, Hannah Keeton and service manager, Dylan Taylor when I came by and made the appointment. I was met by the service advisor when I came back for the appointment. I asked for a ride to go back to the house while the service was being performed. A courtesy ride was arranged that took us home and brought us back when the service was complete. Hannah delivered the car to us in the service bay and we didn’t have to go outside. Great service for seniors.

It is unfortunate that I write this post! My wife purchased a 2001 Nissan Sentra 23 years ago from Jim Burke Dealership downtown Birmingham! Have always had the vehicle serviced at the downtown location and had life time oil changes! Today was different! At the end of my service, the service person stated to me that I couldn’t receive a free oil change because I needed to have other services done that was recommended by him! He also stated that it was a new policy by the company! I then asked him about honoring the contract I received years ago! He then stated that Jim Burke Dealership wouldn’t honor my contract!I’m very disappointed in the way this service person handled the situation! Undoubtedly, to me this is a poor way of handling loyal customers! Further, my wife and I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Jim Burke for our son! Now I’m reluctant to do that because of the form of treatment from the service person! He wasn’t professional at all! I hope this is not the way customers are being treated on a daily basis! Hopefully, in the near future Jim Burke organization will improve their relationship with loyal customers!
