I enjoy going to planet fitness in crestline. The location is great for me personally because I like to go to the grocery store after my workouts and I have both publix and Winn Dixie to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive to guest needs. I feel both comfortable and safe. There are sanitation stations in multiple locations and it seems like one of the staff members is always cleaning! Overall I have a positive experience each time I go to the planet fitness in crestline. Plenty of machines and not too many people!

Very friendly staff. This was my first visit. Clean and welcoming place to work out. It's been a while since I have worked out, so this was a great choice so far. I signed up after seeing a $0 startup fee ad and figured why not. While signing up I find out that they slip in an annual fee that they failed to mention in the ad. It wasn't due immediately, but it would be nice to be up front about pricing. I consider this deceptive advertising. Despite the fee, it's a great deal. There is no reason to hide the extra fee in my opinion.

I got me a membership here two months ago.it cost $10 a month for me to go as much as I want and workout on all their up-to-date equipment. It is mandatory that she wear a face mask. It is supposed to be a judge free zone. Since I have been going I definitely can tell a difference in my body. they also have showers that I have personally used everytime I workout after I workout I take a shower there at planet fitness and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up but overall it's a pretty good shower. Cleanliness is one of their top priorities I believe. They have bottles of a spray that kills covid-19 on contactthat they require you to use before and after you use the equipment. They have friendly employees.

Love that there's no pressure, and nice looking people. The price for the good membership with massage chairs and unlimited tanning is only $20. Awesome. Try the hydrotherapy beds!

I love the staff! They are always there to help me and they make me feel special everyday that I go to the gym. I couldn’t ask for a better place to workout on my lunch break, they have everything I need!

This is my gym. I've been a member for about a year and a half. I've been consistently pleased with the location- staff is friendly and everything is usually pretty clean, including the equipment and the locker room. I go at the busiest of time of day (6-7 pm) so it is usually crowded, but I've never had any major issues being able to use the equipment I want. I do have the Black Card membership, and the use of massage chairs/hydromassage beds is a pretty nice perk. Overall it's a great gym at a good price point ($10/mo regular, Black card is $22/mo with a 1-year commitment).

My location (misnamed "Crestline", Birmingham, AL) has a terrific local manager (Max) and friendly staff. It's kept clean and is low-priced. The corporate management isn't so good about getting TV reception or exercise machines repaired promptly, when they need repairing, though.

I love that Caleb, the very fit trainer, was understanding of my limitations as I started this journey. He was patient and kind and we even laughed a time or two while he was showing me how to work on each machine!

I REALLY wish that they had a recumbent step machine like other locations! I injured my Achilles tendon last year and that cardio machine is about all I can handle, other than the recumbent bike. Please consider adding one!

Max and the staff are all exceptional. Nat, Amanda, too many, I forget all there names. I really enjoy using this gym. Equipment and the rest of the facility are always clean and very few break downs. If so, they are remedied quickly. I feel like family at this gym.
