I decided to get a slice a pizza from here, since i was driving by. I usually have a good experience when I stop by, and today I still managed to have a good experience. The only downfall was the line being pretty lengthy, but it was expected since it was lunch time on a Saturday. I probably was only in line maybe 3 min before I placed my order. I got 1 slice of the 3 meat with a large icee. And the wait for my pizza was not long since they usually cook the pizza back to back. My pizza was really cheesy and had the perfect amount of meat for my liking. And the best part was the price it was only 3$ for both item. Covid precautions are pretty much not a thing anymore. And if you're not a sam's member then you're missing out on the experience to try.

I went to Sam's Club for a churro and a hotdog. Unfortunately, they were out of churros, and the hot dog was meh. The staff is always very nice, and the service is always very fast. The hotdog was just mediocre, but it was about as I expected it to taste. We ate ours there, but you have the option to take it to go since it comes wrapped up. The best part about the hotdog combo is the price! It's super cheap and the perfect end to your shopping experience. I'm giving 4 stars because even though the hotdog wasn't the tastiest, you get exactly what you pay for.

I felt so lost until they helped me at Lakeshore’s site with my car tires. They were so helpful and great customer service. They also answered all my questions I had about my car tires. They made sure my tires was ordered correctly. At the end of my service. Everything was explained to me about the care of the tires and what type of warranty I have on them. They also checked my other two tires to make sure the air pressure was okay. This was a great learning experience for me being a widow now. Thank you so much. Lewis wife. Sometimes you gotta eat cheap. And a all beef hot dog and drink for under $2 is the best bargain in town

We usually go to Costco. My parents have a Sam's membership and it's closer to our home so we took this opportunity to try it out. Their gas prices are good compared to outside stations (currently $3.91 when others are over $4). They have a similar food court with froyo, hot dogs, pizza, and sodas. Same $1.50 deal for a combo with drink. Pizzas are currently on sale (whole pie for $7). Overall it's like a large wal mart. Not too crowded. There were people outside asking for donations with LEEDS non profit. Overall a solid choice in the area.

DISNEYLAND FOR ADULTS! We had toyed with the idea of getting a Sam's Club membership. It is only the two of us at home. So we might not need that much stuff. However, when we were down on Lakeshore last night with the initial intention of going to Walmart, we popped in for a few minutes scoped around, didn't really see what we wanted. So we said lets go check out Sam's. Completely utterly brown away when we came into Sam's. The people are nice and friendly. We told them that we were looking into a membership. The young lady who helped us Dylan explained how it all worked. We paid and we were on ou way. Unfortunately they do not have the physical membership cards at the time, but said that they will mail us one when they can. It's honestly perfectly fine because we prefer using the apps on our phones anyway. There were so many fun aisles to go down and items for super cheap. We winded up getting about 13 items for only $123. That's amazing. We would be spending so much more if we had stuck with our original plan with Walmart. With the Sam's Club app you can pay for your items directly by scanning them in on the phone. It was great. People are nice, the selection is mind bottling and the prices are unbeatable. I think we made the right decision when we decided to sign up for a card here.

We bought a battery from the Lakeshore location only because Hoover and Trussville were out of stock. My wife's car was in the bay for an hour with one, and sometimes both employees on duty trying to change it. This battery's is a simple 24F top terminal battery that I can change at home in under 10 minutes----2 terminals and a hold-down bracket. I suppose that I should be thankful that they at least took the plastic caps off the terminals before attaching the cables.I wasn't surprised, though, as this is consistently the worst Sam's Club in the Birmingham area. Most of the employees move in slow motion and manage is a joke. Even though Lakeshore is closer for me, I try to go to Hoover or Trussville most of the time. The difference between the stores is striking.

Was having trouble getting support on a flat tire. I asked the associate what his name was and he told me to “get it from him”Negative experience aside, the Hoover Sam’s Club team is great!

Thank God for scan and go because Saturdays at Sam's is a ZOO!! I came to this location because I was in the area and really needed to get water. To my surprise the cases of Essentia water were marked down to $18! What a PLUS!! I found this location to be smaller than the Trussville location and the overall layout was confusing to me. If you've been to this location you understand how congested the parking lot is so ......BEWARE!!

An unusual place to go for a hot dog, but a friend said they had the best so I decided to take her up on it. Sam's just reopened their kitchen, but they do not have any inside seating. Today, they were out of drinks as well but they explained that was due to their newly re-opened kitchen status. I have to admit, Sam's probably has the cheapest meal in town - $2 for a hot dog and a drink is hard to beat! The hot dog was pretty large and fairly tasty. The meat was a bit softer than I prefer, but the bun was toasted to perfection. The staff were wearing gloves and masks but were not very friendly, the cashier barely spoke to me. When he did, it was very hard to hear him which made the interaction slightly awkward. The service was very quick and minimalistic, 2 wrapped hot dog slid across the counter within 5 minutes of my friend and I ordering. I am a college student so a cheap, decent meal is deserving of a solid 3 stars.

Most Sam's are chaotic and anxiety inducing. This is one is no different lol. I guess my biggest complaint however is the staff. They seem not have one. The ones that are there understandably don't want to be there. You'll see one as you walk in and leave. However if you need a bakery or meat item, just hope they have it out already. They do have self checkout which is a lifesaver. This place could be great if they hired to capacity. Birmingham is a busy place and they must hire accordingly. This is a membership location so I hope they will take that into Costco. I mean consideration.

I haven't been to this Sam's in years since I no longer work nearby. Stopped by looking for one of the local bakeries doing a roadshow in this location. Layout is a little different from other locations in the area, and to be honest, I just couldn't get the feel for the flow. I felt a wee bit like I was in a maze, as some aisle dead end into others which run in a different direction. However, the selection is just as generous as other locations, and I wouldn't hesitate to come to this location if a closer location was out of stock.

Replaced 4 tires yesterday. Brought it back today because it was shaking on interstate. Arrived at 9:35. They said I had to upgrade to a Plus membership since it was before 10 am. I told them I'd wait. I asked for the manager, and then the clerk let me check it in but said it would still be an hour or more before they got to it.

This has to be the worst Managed Sams in the country. Club pick up took me 30 minutes just WAITING on someone at the station. Why is the point of this service if it is faster to just shop?? The employees are unkind and lazy.
