To say I had an amazing time at Steel strength Training is an understatement.. The program was tailored to my specific needs and has been unlike any I’ve ever signed up for. The workouts are personalized and the coaches were always making sure I was utilizing the correct form, technique and reps. Special shout-out to Coach Phil, Coach Jared and Coach Hayden for their special attention and making sure I was motivated throughout the workout! Coach Nate is incredible and made sure I was adjusting to the program well. The vibe is great with friendly faces and great music definitely put me in the right headspace to workout and do more!! Gonna miss working out here!! Y’all rock!! ?

I joined after I broke my wrist visiting Birmingham for the winter. I wanted to get my strength back and stay physically fit. They were great to work with. The equipment was excellent and the training was what I needed. The staff are the friendliest and nicest group of people. They tailor the training to your needs. I hope to go back next year when visiting.

I’ve been very pleased with my experience at Steel. They have a great facility, wonderful coaches, and effective programming. I’ve been working out with them for the past five weeks, and I’ve been blown away by the results I’ve seen so far. The workouts go by pretty quickly, so the time commitment is easy to maintain with my schedule. The coaches have been really good with instruction and support. I have specific fitness goals, and the staff has been awesome with helping me work towards those goals. It’s worth the investment in yourself. Give them a call. I wish I had done it sooner.

I recently joined Steel Strength Training after years of wanting to establish a workout routine and failing every time. The trainers are so helpful and warm and friendly, and ensure that you are maximizing your efforts by giving advice on form, technique, etc. They push to make the most out of your workout, but only to the best of your ability. The atmosphere is positive and fun. Good vibes in that gym! Each time I go, I like working out more and more. I’m hooked! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Best gym experience I’ve ever had.I have been in and out of gyms for the past few years. I was never able to stick with it long enough to produce results. I submitted a form on the website and honestly expected to try it and probably quit again. Nate called me and talked through my personal goals and how he would work with me to achieve them. Before I even stepped in the gym Nate was holding me accountable and pushing me in the right direction.The staff is great and is very knowledgeable and personable. The workouts are catered to each individual. if you are having any issues in the gym they won’t downplay it. They will work with you to fix the issue or work around it while still making progress.The structure of the classes is exactly what i was looking for. I go to sessions with up to 8 clients working out at the time and it’s a great number. Initially, I was worried that I would feel like I was on my own, but that could not be farther from the truth. I still feel as though i’m in a 1 on 1 with a trainer. They are very attentive and really want to see you succeed. And if 8 still feels like too many people for you, there are other options.On top of the workouts Nate and the staff will help you with sustainable nutrition goals to help you even more. They are also very good about keeping in communication to check on you. You will immediately feel welcomed and wanted here and that has been the difference for me.In just a month i’ve seen a tremendous shift in the way I look and feel. This place is great and I would recommend it to anyone. Regardless of your age or experience you will succeed at Steel Strength Training. If you’re looking for positive changes and a great community this is the spot.

This is not your run-of-the-mill gym. These are highly motivated and educated trainers, who offer the best solutions for strength training! Clear goals established before starting. Love the fact that everyone is so knowledgeable and experienced. Your goals become their goals. So happy to know Nate!

I have really enjoyed adding this into my fitness routine! I feel stronger and it's been really encouraging to see progress quickly. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and are able to help me make small tweaks to improve my form and mechanics.

Nate and the other trainers at SST are awesome to work. Their knowledge and encouragement to assist in in reaching your health goals are amazing. Whether it’s toning, weight loss, getting healthy or eating better they have the tools and tips you need to do it. Everyone including the other patrons are encouraging, warm and will having you excited about weight training and coming to the gym. I can see the changes in my mind and my body

I am new to strength training. Following physical therapy for a broken ankle, Steel Strength Training was recommended to me as a place to learn how to do strength training safely. From my first contact with Nate, I have felt comfortable and welcomed. Nate took time to answer my questions and explain the program. When I started in the gym Nate, Scout, and the other trainers offered great instruction, encouragement, and supervision. I am one month in and feel great. I enjoy the balance of individual attention and group camaraderie that the open space allows. I also appreciate that the staff offer accountability for the schedule I set and the goals that I am trying to reach. I am stronger, have improved range of motion, and am slimmer. Most importantly I feel great and getting stronger in the gym has helped me to better enjoy my other activities outside of the gym. I am glad I joined Steel Strength Training, and recommend it to anyone wanting to get stronger and healthier.

The staff at Steel are the most genuine people and they will help you make your fitness goals become true. They listen, teach you the fundamentals of weight lifting and support you through the process.Very affordable and flexible with multiple time slots to choose from Mon - Saturday.

This is the best place to work out especially if you're a beginner or even if you're experienced. The staff is above and beyond helpful and they make you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend still strength training to anyone on any level
