When I scheduled a test drive/appointment online, we thought it would be available to see at our appointment. After receiving the confirmation email and I responded with the vehicle and never received a response, this was the first red flag. When we arrived at the dealership, we couldn’t even get out of our vehicle before a salesman was at our door. After telling him we had an appointment to view the minivan, he brought us to his desk, got all of our information and then asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. We told him we were there to look at the Toyota Sienna and Odyssey. He goes and talks in another office. We almost walked out because of how long it was taking. He pulls around a van that we didn’t even want to see. After mentioning the Toyota again we find out it isn’t even on the lot and being repaired. We wait for him to bring around the Odyssey. We were amazed that y’all would show a vehicle that had not even been cleaned. It was full of trash and food. We did test drive it just to get a feel for the vehicle. After we had been there an hour and half we finally get a price on the vehicle. We are given y’all’s “best offer” which matched the Don’t Pay the Internet price. We got the salesman’s card and walked out. It was a waste of our time. My husband took off work early to not even see the vehicle we scheduled to see and then we’re shown a trashy/dirty vehicle. We will not purchase from nor recommend your dealership. We have visited many other dealerships in the area and this was an experience like no other.We found minivans with similar miles and features for cheaper at other dealerships.

We wanted to love this place because it had a vehicle we loved but the service was horrible. We asked to see a specific car and were brought a different one with no explanation. When we asked if this was due to an issue with the car, we were laughed at. After asking again, we were able to see the car and were in the process of making a deal. We were made an offer for our trade in but were subsequently told it would no longer be honored, after specifically being told it would be. We found the customer service to be very unprofessional and dishonest. Their slogan is “you will love the way you’re treated.” We in fact did not.

these people are insane. first they had a person from the service department come "look" at the car we were looking at. kept insisting the lady wouldn't get out of the car etc. I literally saw her walk over from the service area. I mean I cannot stand liars. then these people offered us 5000$ for our trade in, which is worth much more and we sold for 14,000 5 days later. talk about insulting. every time I have been here it has been awful but this last time was the worst. they are dishonest and just really crappy. don't waste your time. they will cheat you out of whatever they can.

Soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by Mr. Jarvis, he was very nice and persistent! He also assisted me to my specified area. Once, I made it to the service department I was assisted by Mr. Dallas. He was very nice with a pleasant spirit! He was very informative and kept checking in on me throughout the duration of my wait for my service. In the mean time of my stay I was assisted and entertained by the Mr. Willie & Mr. Robert! They were awesome and I enjoyed their personalities! They kept me laughing along with Jarvis as well. Even though Dallas told me some stuff I didn't want to hear, my overall experience out weighed it. Mr. Phillip those individuals need raises and time off!! They are awesome and are great workers! As a fellow service woman thank you Mr. Jarvis for serving this country! Hope nothing but GREAT things come to you individuals!

I would like to thank Tyler Scarbrough for being so attentive to our needs as we bought a new car. My husband is a heart patient and Tyler was so kind to him and also made the experience very enjoyable. Tameron is very blessed to have him as an employee. Anyone looking to purchase a car with a very nice sales person or have someone that is older (like us) ask for Tyler he is the BEST.

I had a spectacular experience at Tameron Honda! I was helped by Starla and she was very knowledgeable and personable! I ultimately chose to keep my car and refinance but everyone who I met at the dealership was awesome. Id definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for spectacular service!

They have been the best help. I took my car there after someone hit it. The body shop employees are the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend buying and servicing your car with them.Update: I understand about waiting for the part but all I have been getting so far from them is that it will be another week. Right now we are one month longer then it was originally supposed to be. I lowered the stars because it should have not taken so long.

I always have a really nice experience here. I've had my service taken care of by Marion several times now, and he is amazing. He genuinely cares for the customers and doesn't like to force you into purchases you can't make, which is really appreciated. Whenever they tell me about the surveys towards the end of the appointment, I ultimately never receive them, so here I am. Thanks Tameron! Only 4 stars because they may want to fix that survey problem.

I've had pretty good experiences here. I've also had suboptimal experiences here, particularly with the body shop after a wreck. It's a dealership, so maintenance is not cheap. But, overall it's a pretty good place to take your Honda for recall work. If you have regular maintenance needs or collision repair needs, I would probably suggest taking your vehicle to a trustworthy local mechanic shop (like Car Care, The Garage, or Christian Brothers) or body shop.
