Drive thru Pharmacy is a joke. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I literally had the tech yelling at me and calling me RUDE!! Yes, I was called rude for asking why my medication wasn't ready after I received an automated phone call stating it was ready for pickup. I literally deplore this Pharmacy.I switched from mail order to Walgreen's because I thought it would be more convenient but it isn't. I might as well wait on my postman to deliver to my medication to my door.

I would have given a 0 if I could, the pharmacy is no good, tell me they don’t have meds in stock when I’m in terrible pain, they just did not wanted to help because it was before closing, I will not waste my time to ever come back to this location, can’t complain about customer service cause there is none. You guys should make some changes because this way you will not be in business pretty soon

WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. All the employees ( except the sweet lady up front) are rude and entitled and they're supposed to call or send a text when your prescription is ready which I never received. I made these issues aware to someone at the store and they didn't seem to care at alll so I won't be going back and I'll be investigating more about reporting these "employees" there's no reason to be that rude to everyone.

When I called this pharmacy to find out if they had a life saving medicine that I needed, I was told they didn’t have it. However, my dr called and talked to the pharmacist who said that that did have the medicine, but “his staff didn’t want [him] to give it to [me] because it was on back order and hard to get.” So???? If you have life saving medicine, why would you not want to give it to someone who needs it?!?! That is so unethical. I finally got it after so much unnecessary trouble and dealing with some of this rudest people I have ever encountered, but I will never ever be back or recommend this unethical pharmacy to anyone in my life.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Trussville. I could explain, but I think others have expressed their frustration also. Because of our insurance plan, we have to use Walgreens. Corporate really should step in on this location. What a shame this pharmacy continues to be such a disaster!

Go to CVS or any other pharmacy in Trussville. They are always slow, out of stock or incredibly rude.

These people that work in the pharmacy take their sweet time I had to wait over 3 hours for medication after I had surgery and the whole surgical process didn't even take that long. I'm in a lot of pain and they can't fill 4 prescriptions in under 3 hours just pathetic. I will never use this pharmacy ever again.

I have so many reasons for a 1 star review but I’m giving 2 stars simply because I know how hard it can be to work in retail/customer service/healthcare. 1-Personally I don’t understand rudeness. It is so much easier to just be kind. Due to insurance reasons I had to transfer from a locally owned pharmacy to Walgreens a few months ago. Every single pharmacy employee that I have dealt with both in person and on the phone has been so rude. Never a kind word, thank-you, or smile. I have been hung up on, ignored, and ‘huffed’ at!2-I used the “same day delivery “ ,because I was too sick to get out, and it took 4 days. 3-they made a potentially deadly medication error which I didn’t catch until I was halfway through the bottle. We are both very lucky I was not seriously injured.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I've used this pharmacy for more than 12 years and have had good experiences, with a select few issues. The staff is helpful, the pharmacy almost always has what I need, when I need it. Every place has off days but nothing like some of the reviews are showing.

This place has really gone downhill. Rude employees and the pharmacy drive thru takes forever. Went there this morning to get a prescription as I received an email stating it was ready yesterday. After waiting over 20 minutes in line (I was the second vehicle), I was told it wasn't going to be ready until Monday (they said it was being shipped, as I never knew/heard that before). Called and spoke to a rude/smart a$$ pharmacy lady. I've had issues with this pharmacy before but gave them another chance as I understand they may be understaffed, but the unprofessional manners by their pharmacy staff today has made me drop them and find someone else.

I have had numerous times that I have had problems with this place! Not only do they not have your prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be, especially if you drop your prescription off ahead of time, half of the time they don't even answer the phone!! I sat on hold I know at least 3 different times back to back because they just hung up in my face after I was on hold for at least 30 minutes or more each time!! They couldn't even bother to pick up and say we are busy please hold or I'm sorry please hold or anything like that just hang up in your face! Talk about rude!

I understand people being sick. But I went to pick up a prescription I dropped off last night. There was a sign saying they were closed due too the flu. Told me to go to Roebuck and they would fill my prescription. I drove too Roebuck. They said they couldn’t do anything because it’s controlled. I called Trussville. Jenny the shift leader, was polite and understanding. Told me to come back and get my medication. I drove back, to be told to go too pharmacy window. The girl at the window said we’ll text you when it’s ready. I asked her if they could be a little more specific time. She got rude and then some other lady came from behind her and said” here just take your prescription back”, and threw it into the drawer. I mean this PLACE IS HORRIBLE. And the lady that threw my prescription in the drawer. I will be calling corporate.
