My whole family has always received excellent service at this pharmacy. All of the people there seem to truly care and the pharmacists go out of their way to help you, including helping you to work around very expensive medications.

The pharmacist acted liked he didn’t even care that they messed up my prescription. Never once did he, Jamie, say sorry or even acknowledge to me that they did in fact mess up. All I got in return was from him, “here you go.” And he practically tossed the prescription back to me and walked away.

The lines were super long but they moved pretty quick. 0.89 eggs, and $2.48 Gallons of milk. This WalMart is alright with me, with the extinuating circumstances ahead with Alabama snow coming in a few hours. Definitely the place to go, for a quick in and out kind of night.

The pharmacists are great, but the employees are not the best. I called up here to let refill my medicine and she tells me they are out, but they can give me enough until they order some more and then she just hung up. I drove all the way up here to have them tell me I can’t have any of my medicine. Funny.

I've always found it best to come to Wal-Mart market early in the morning or late at night to afford the crowds. They have self check outs which I love a lot of people don't like them but I recommend using them because it's much faster, and you get to bag your items the way you want them you can also find things at a good price. The only issue I have with Wal-Mart is when your trying to cash a check and waiting in the long line normally I go to the bank but it was close today but I guess you have to do what you gotta do

My partner and I were shopping in this location . We had around 30 items in our cart. We approached the self checkout station and we were met with a very rude cashier named Nina who said "y'all have to go over there" and gestured toward the manned checkout lanes. She wasn't talking directly at us so we asked if she meant us and she replied "Yes." Very coldly with an incredibly disgusting look on her face. We assumed that self checkout was closing. It wasn't. Other people were continuing to use the stations without a bother. We've been to this location a multitude of times, always using self checkout with a cart full of stuff without a fuss. The store wasn't busy at all. We were obviously profiled. Each employee stared daggers at us as we checked out. The cashier bagged and slung our groceries on the carousel. We have never felt so unwelcome anywhere. When my significant other approached the assistant manager (whose name we couldn't get because he had no name badge) he was met with a person who seemed to have little idea of what he was even doing there, much less compassion for a customer. My partner was given a generic "I'll pass on the message" with no actual intent. It was as if we were annoying him with our genuine complaint. This is a sad excuse for a staff. I am ashamed of this company and the employees of this location.

Came to this Walmart about 5:50. Had the few items I needed and was ready to checkout within 2 mins. It literally took 20 mins to check out. I will never understand why Walmart has only a couple of Lane's open during the PEAK hours of the day. Then the self checkout wasn't even an option. Why you may ask? People had baskets FULL of groceries lined up at self-checkout. They need to have specific lanes that accommodate 10 items or less. At least 1 lane. It's just ridiculous...and let's not even mention how SLLLOOOOWWWW the cashiers were. Ridiculous.

Perhaps this Neighborhood Market is in the middle of a renovation, because my experience was pretty poor. Shelves in the pharmacy area were not stocked, signage was incorrect, the floor tiles were missing in some areas and the associates were rather unhelpful. In the end, I did manage to find what I was looking for and complete a small shop, but it was a poor experience. Oh, and the soda machine out front ate my money.

When it comes location to many homes in Homewood, then this is the Wal Mart to visit. Due to its location you don't have to fight with traffic and the store has a large variety of all the goods you could think of. Better yet, the self checkout isle is huge and they have a red box. What more could anyone ask for? This location doesn't make you feel unsafe like other Wal Mart locations and I'm glad this great company decided to cater to our needs. Way to go Wal Mart!
