I have mixed feelings. I’m already having issues with my truck. When I called the dealership they told me they were aware of the issue and they are waiting on GMC to release a resolution. If they were aware, why wasn’t this disclosed when I was buying the truck. Very disappointing. My sales lady was nice but very disappointed this information wasn’t disclosed

I waited 7 weeks for a recall part at McConnel because there was a note to call but no one ever did. I had to physically go to the dealership to find this out becuase with their answering service it is nearly impossible to speak to a human being????? I took my truck in to have the AC blower motor replaced and the recall done. After having my truck for 11 hours neither was done. They told me my AC compressor was bad. Terrible customer service experience the last two visits there. Sceduled an appointment with Tameron and they replaced my blower motor (Not compressor) and ordered my tailgate recall part. Two days later I received a call the part was in. The next business day I arrived at opening. 25 minutes later I was on the road home. The staff at Tameron went above and beyond. It truly amazes me that McConnel maintains business in the service department as poorly as it is ran. Props to the staff at Tameron!!! I bought my Wife's new Acadia at Tameron, currently fixing to buy my daughter an Envista from Tameron and will continue to service all my GM vehicles for the future.

Constantly blowing my phone up with texts and calls all day long. When I accidentally answered thinking it was a work call I was met with the assumption my trade would be taken.
I informed whoever it was on the phone that I had negative equity, they weren’t going to take it, I didn’t want to pay over 600 a month.
Well guess what? I was told they needed to sell 8 more cars before the end of the month, they were offering more for trades to eat up that negative equity, 600 a month was possible etc etc.
So, I take off work, leave early and head there with my hopes very low to begin with. Typical car dealership mentality they come outside meet with you sweet talk you etc. we sit down and literally nothing told to me over the phone was brought up. They just wanted a body to come in. Complete waste of time. I was told my trade value from another dealership is what they were going off of, never mentioned anything about offering more, literally nothing. I was told I could eat up the negative equity if I got a used gmc canyon with a 900-1000 note lol what? Are you serious? Such a waste of time. I knew this as soon as I hung the phone up yesterday but I wanted to just see.
I was right. Typical dealership with insane markups on mediocre vehicles that will break in 2-3 years.

Matt Kittrell, Mr. Jimmy, and Antonio have helped us purchase 3 cars over the last few years and they have been great! They have made these purchases painless and fair and we are very appreciative of their professionalism, kindness, and hard work! Never felt uncomfortable or pushed into any of our decisions. Would not recommend Tameron GMC service dept to my worst enemy. Purchased a new Delco battery and it was bad off the shelf. Had it tested by three different parts supplier all showed battery was bad. Tamron would not warranty the $190.00 +$50.00 installation fee.With taxes a total of $268.50. Took the vehicle back to them telling them it would not hold a charge and they told me I had a bad starter $900.00. New starter and battery will still hold a charge. I am 71 years old have worked on vehicles all my life I know if a battery is bad.If the owner of Tameron GMC would like to respond and do the right thing I will gladly change my review.

Thanks but no thanks you guys just had my truck for over 24 hours and charged me $127.63 for nothing. It takes about 5 minutes to preform a load test on a battery. Got me once will never get me again! I am taking my vehicle to a reputable dealership to have the basically new Delco battery that you guys installed for $268.50 replaced. Guess I'll just have to eat that $268.50.

As always, I’m greeted upon my arrival by my dedicated service advisor, Thomas. He confirmed the services I requested to have done, and inquired about my satisfaction with my vehicle to ensure there’s nothing more needed. Services were completed while I waited and exactly within the timeframe Thomas advised of. As always, I received stellar service from Thomas and the service crew and couldn’t be happier. Service Dept. was excellent when my truck had a problem. Trevor jumped right on working me into the schedule and got me back on the road next day! Saved a long-planned vacation and was greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work and I'll keep buying vehicles at Tameron.

This place was by far the best dealer I had been to. After searching over ten different locations, I found myself in a very welcoming environment. The complete process was easy, fair priced, and barely had any issues at all. There was one reason for that.

I wasn't bothered by emails and phone calls. Kelly let us come to our own decisions at our time. He worked through the process with me, and always made sure I was happy through the whole event.
I would also like to shout out the management team finalizing my deal. Jason helped me make the right choices after initially finding my vehicle. He gave great advice and I left with a great piece of mind to make the steps towards my purchase.
