Very kind to fix a tire with a nail in it on our RV. They were open Saturday morning and got us in and out in a hour. Thanks so much! Really appreciate the great service and getting us home.

Very unprofessional. Very slow. "Mechanics" do NOT seem knowledgeable. Uncaring, unbothered. They put friends or money before loyal customers, which I have been for years. Not anymore. Or ever again. This was their last chance for my business. ? 0 stars.

To slow about getting to your vehicle, 2 and a half hours to get parts and the parts house they use is only 2 miles down the road, so I didn't get it fixed that day...took it back Tuesday @8 o'clock and still had to wait when I went back at 3 that afternoon and they were just working on it then and had to wait another 45 minutes!!! If you have an appointment you should be able to rely on that appointment!!!

On Sept. 23rd (Sunday) I had a rim blow out on my BMW in Demopolis, Al. Sept 24th, I called around to find anyone that could help find or fix my rim, was told by one company that no one in Demopolis, Al. would touch my BMW. I then called Parker Tire LLC. And Nich told me to bring my car to him to see if he could get my rim fixed. I got there and was told it couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new rim. The nearest BMW was 50 miles away. Nich was willing to go get my rim for me. With Nich, Beverly, Garrett and Tyrone of Parker Tire LLC I don't know what I would have done. They are my heroes. Worst service ever,never go there again ,they just let my vehicle sit up there for four days and don't call and let me know anything about it, so mad!!!

I simply wanted to clearer understanding to what happened to my tires. Never a had knot in a tire, ever! Instead of the guy being patient and explaining, he stated; "It's not up for debate." As if my purchase was free. It wasn't and their tires are cheap quality.

I will never go back to them again. Went for an oil change 3/18/23 and they put the 5w-30 and my car take 0w-20.....took it back 3/20/23 to get the right oil and they changed it free of charge but shredded my belt so my car has not been running since 3/21/23. 2013 Nissan Altima has a serpentine belt which means one belt is connected to everything. They have little to no knowledge of cars and argue when you try to explain what they have done wrong.

I got to Parker tire at 0753 and was sign in at 0801 to have my brakes checked and an alignment. My car was pulled on the rack at 1000 and my brakes were checked and car was parked on back of the store. I sat and sat wondering why everyone getting fast service and not sitting like I was. At 1:45 pm I finally asked Nick are there any cars in front of mine because I been waiting 5 hours, "They about to pull yours in now." The mechanic still asking about brakes being checked, no one told him I needed an alignment. So I basically woke up on a Friday morning to keep Parker time company for almost 6 hours without no service been done & they close at 5pm. They were busy getting services of others done & some how forgot about my car that they had the keys to & pulled around back ? I've had so many more better experiences with them

I had a tire blowout just outside of town. I visited this place based on a recommendation from a retail store. The staff were very helpful and understood my situation that I was just passing through and still had 10+ hours on my road trip. They were very eager to get me back on the road. They had a tire and offered it at a very decent price including installation. They had me back on the road in about 45 mins. They even checked out my power steering and topped it off. I highly recommend this place.
