When Richard couldn’t be there at the last minute, he called ahead and introduced me to Jacorius, who assisted with the delivery. Both Richard and Jacorius were fantastic, professional, helpful, and answered all my questions.

“These guys are heroes! I'am new to Birmingham and got a flat downtown, which was pretty stressful. I pulled in here, and the team was immediately amazing.
Alex and Danny were super friendly, got me right in, and were clearly very knowledgeable. While they patched my tire, they even took the time to explain in detail how the patch works. I've never had a shop do that! Even with that great explanation, I was still out the door in less than 15 minutes.
The best part? When I went to pay, they said it was on the house as a goodwill gesture. I was blown away. What a perfect example of true Southern Hospitality! Honest, kind, and fast.

I was impressed by his knowledge as he was able to tell me what was wrong over the phone by hearing that the car wouldn’t stay in park after I put it in park.
His prices were very reasonable considering he traveled to me & the savings since I didn’t have to pay a tow truck, & I didn’t have to pay a diagnostic test.

“Awesome! I needed a lawnmower tire, which can be hard to find. They had it in stock and changed the tire in about 15 mins. I have used them for personal tires on my truck also. Very reasonable cost and great service. I highly recommend them!”
“While traveling home from Missouri to Florida, the engine light came on in Birmingham Ala. After a stop at an auto parts store, it was coding for an issue with the transmission. I got off highway and stopped at a hotel for the night. I started looking for shops that were somewhat close to where I was staying. The next day, after not getting an answer at the first one I called, I called Valley Drive Auto and Brian answered the phone. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. After he took it for a test drive and monitoring the truck, he determined the best course of action would be to replace the transmission and I agreed. He made a couple calls and found one that was available and it would be delivered the same day or first thing the next day. It showed up around 1300 the same day and he called me to bring truck back. I brought the truck back to the shop and Brian was nice enough to give me a ride back to my hotel ( ~5 miles or so). The next day he called me at ~1130 telling me the work was done. He then came and picked me up at the hotel to bring me back to his shop. I had an absolutely positive experience with this shop and I highly recommend them. Thank you Brian and crew for working me in!”
“These guys will simply not take my money. I don't know what's wrong with them. Two cars I tried to bring in, they looked them over, test drove, said it wasn't necessary to service the transmission (even ruled transmission out for a problem I thought HAD to be related). Very strange people but I guess if you're the type of person that doesn't like to spend money if you don't have to, this is the shop for you! Ten stars.”

“I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while (almost 5 yrs on & off .. even when the blowers weren’t working) but the blowers are NOW working & im so glad they fixed them! I like the new upgrades! They even have a scrubber that washes the back & front bumper really well! I appreciate that because I don’t have to wipe off the left over dirt streaks & bugs from the front bumper. The vacuums are ok .
My only gripe is that the owner needs someone to clean up the over running trash cans & trash in the bay areas .”
