I stopped at family tires on a emergency. I was from out of town and I had two bad tires on my truck. The owner gave me a great price for two brand new tires and I was about to order them. He then continue asking me questions about the tires on my truck. He told me that the tires look brand new and I should call the big chain company that I purchased them from that they should cover on the warranty. He even offered to call them for me.
I called the company and they said they will warranty the tires.
So even though he lost a sale of two brand new tires. He did the right thing and lead me on the right direction that was best for me.
Shows the integrity and honesty that this business has! We need more business owners like him!

Great service!! Quick and responsive. If you haven't given them a try, you definitely should. They ordered my tires they were there when they said and quickly called and I went right in and they were put on. This family owned business is WORTH IT!!!

I have used them multiple times, great, fast service, I always get used tires being that I have an older car. Tire tread is always great. Customer service was awesome. Highly recommend.

We had a flat tire on I-20 and Family Tire gave us a GREAT deal on a good used tire. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Waiting room was air-conditioned and very clean.

Talladega motor speedway struck, and it struck hard. The really bad roads ripped my ball joint clean off my truck. I got the right front end back together with all new parts, but needed an alignment. I googled, found this place and called. Took me 5 minutes to get there and then they put the truck in right away and went to work. Fast and affordable, fixed her right back up!

They have moved from the location pictured; so, you may need to contact them prior to your visit. This is an excellent place for tire repairs and mounting/balancing. We have not purchased tires here yet. They were able to get right on the issues as soon as we checked in or whatever you call it. Very friendly. Highly recommend!
Feb 2025...Revised to add: During our last visit, we asked about prices for a friend who had recently relocated to the area. We found the quotes provided to be very reasonable. We gave the friend the information. They purchased tires from this business. They have not expressed any negative thoughts/issues to us regarding the services received.
Based on all this information... we highly recommend this business.

I had gotten another nail in My brand new tire And needed to get it fixed quickly- I got off work drove straight there and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes -not to mention the pricing was great !! Everyone was very friendly ! Will definitely go back

This is the only place I go for anything tire related. The owner is very honest and very friendly and professional. And he doesn’t have hidden fees.
