As a business owner I am shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism and customer service being presented at this shop. I, also, sell metaphysical items and crystals, but it is NEVER okay to body shame or insult patrons.

She fat shames her customers!!!!!!! Will openly say things TO YOUR FACE about your size and ask you to not try things on if you think it will too small so you don't rip the clothes. TERRIBLE customer service.

Ma’am, you are a business owner yet you are LACKING PROFESSIONALISM. It is obvious you have no regard for other people. You represent your business, and it seems to me you don’t care about your business to the point you don’t care how your unprofessionalism negatively impacts your business. Thinking before we speak is a thing, but you obviously don’t have any concept of that. You are not here to judge ANYONE, most especially not body shame a woman or anyone for that matter. I could have been a potential customer but not anymore.
