Anna and Flower are AMAZING! My new regular spot. I can't find the words to say how extremely happy I am with my whole experoence. I would give a 10 star rating if I could!!!!

I went to the salon for a mani and pedi with gel polish. Two women worked there and they talked to each other the whole time in their language. Did not engage with me at all. My finger nails were half done. She cut at the cuticles but did not cut them. She told me I had dry skin. She said she put three coats of polish but when I pointed out that the thumb nails did not look the same she argued with me and started talking in her language to the other lady about me. My toe nails were ok but the skin was still rough on my heels. I will never go back. One of the worst nail salons I have ever been too.

I have gone to Lovely Nails for more than a year and have always been happy with the services I am always greeted when I come in this is the only nail salon I will go to I have given gift cards for Christmas and everyone was happy with the services

Went in for deluxe pedicure. Chair massage didn't work correctly. Did not get roughness off of feet. Not worth the money. Also they added $10 increase after we got it done.

I’m pretty particular about my nail places, and as I travel so much it’s always tricky finding a worthy place. I left there feeling great and happy with how my nails turned out.

I definitely won't be back here, when we first walked in there was a woman standing in the back and told us to pick a color. I asked for a full set and she told us to go to another salon. We had to stay at this salon, so I got a regular polish. My nails look so bad. I would honestly rate it a 0 if I could.

I just wanted a basic manicure. I was a walk in and there was no wait - it was empty but for one employee. $14 seemed like a deal, too. I am going to assume that the implements were clean and sterilized. The actual manicure was not great. The filing was non-existent, and while trimming cuticles there was so much lotion gobbed up in the tool that they couldn't even tell they weren't trimming anything. I brought my own (brand new) polish. The manicurist proceeded to pour some type of clear liquid into it WITHOUT ASKING OR EXPLANATION! What the heck? Not going back. Final result is one I could have achieved doing it myself at home.

I wish that I could rate them 0 stars. Their customer service was horrible. My husband and I walked in and they looked at us very weird. There was literally one lady getting a pedicure. They didn’t even ask us if we needed help or anything. We told them that we would like to get pedicures and the owner replied “There are 10 nail shops here and that they would be glad to help us and that the ppl at those shops are friendly” she kept trying to give us directions so we just walked out. RACISM AT IT’S FINEST!
