Don’t ever try to dispute anything with these people. go to a different source if you can. they give you the run around and then have the audacity to be rude when you’re explaining something but then wanna ask questions. If you sit there and listen to the details, yall wouldn’t have to ask questions. Don’t even think about speaking to the manager about anything. She hires these people so she’s just as bad. y’all wanna dispute anything, just keep in mind they gonna tell you 5-7 days or 7-10 days. that’s a lie. really it’s going to take 30 days to investigate but they don’t tell you that off the bat ??♀️ people don’t like their jobs or wanna do it & it shows. go somewhere else.

Worst bank ever! It seems like every time I go there something is wrong. Today I got to the atm to deposit money guess what it’s broke AGAIN. Ok I’ll just go to the drive thru guess what it’s closed! Get it sorted out seriously::

Friendly staff. We’ve had several interactions (notary, business questions, etc.) and the staff is always available to answer questions or help us set an appt with someone who is more knowledgeable on the topic. Great experience every time.

This Bank is horrible. My husband went in there earlier to get some quarters so we could do laundry at our condo. He was told that since he didn’t have an account here that he couldn’t get any quarters. Your a dang Bank. What’s the purpose of a Bank. To get cash and coins and make deposits. Shouldn’t matter if we have an account here or not. He had cash in hand. Pretty sorry that this bank can’t even help a tourist out in time of need.

Helped me out the whole time and there checking fee without an account is a lot cheaper than any other bank i have been to. Makes the fairhope regions look like the best bank in the world.

You would think in this time of COVID the drive through would actually get better. Not Regions. A line to the street, slow processing, and an ATM that doesn’t work. Come on Regions, you can do better!!
