I’ve never had so much fun in a workout class! It is not only fun though...these are the hardest workouts I’ve ever done! I’ve been to all kinds of fitness classes and Gauntlet classes are my absolute favorite!!! I’ve been going for a few months now and have seen changes in my body that’d I’ve never been able to achieve on my own! My arms are especially more toned now which has always been a struggle. You get so much attention/encouragement from the trainers (who are all AWESOME and feel like family btw) and you learn self defense moves in the process! I feel stronger mentally and physically every time I complete a class here! Always a challenge and a great sweat!

I’ve been going for almost 2 months now and I love it! The workouts are so unique and adaptable that any fitness level from beginner to advanced could get a good workout in. Everybody has been so friendly & welcoming! It’s really easy to get in touch with the owners/staff. Would highly recommend!

It’s high-energy fun! After being away from a regular workout routine for far too long, I’m so glad I found the Gauntlet! Each workout is different and never boring. Trainers are caring and encouraging. Classes provide an enjoyable environment to sweat, punch and kick within a supportive community. Every workout I leave feeling stronger than when I walked in that day.

I love this gym! The trainers go above and beyond to create challenging and fun workouts while making you feel so at home. They push you to be the best you can be. I knew nothing about kickboxing before starting and the trainers have taught me technique and pushed me to improve each class. One of my favorite things is the community and friendships I have made through being a member of gauntlet. It's an amazing gym and I HIGHLY recommend it!!

Great gym and great trainers! I joined this gym to have a place to burn calories and get fit but I have gotten so much more out of it! I have gotten many friendships from this place as well. Not only have I improved in my physical activity, nutrition and overall health but self defense too. Could not recommend this gym enough!

Can’t say enough great things about this gym. I won a giveaway at the beginning of the year and have been addicted ever since!! The diversity of the workouts keeps me coming back for more and makes each class fly by. Gauntlet has found a way to make hard workouts fun which is a win in my book!

I can't say enough how incredible and unique this place is. If you think 'how different can it be?', trust me, you have never experienced anything like the Gauntlet! If you're completely new to kickboxing, take the basic lessons first (heck, even if you have some experience, the fundamentals are taught correctly here)

This Gym is phenomenal. Not only are you working out and reaching your goals but you are learning good self defense at the same time. The owner, David Sheram has years of martial arts and military training, as well as great teaching experience which means he works with everyone distinctly on what they need to reach the next step to get a better workout and perfect their movements. You'll work up a sweat, train hard, And learn new things, but with such inviting trainers and supportive members you won't feel out of place, you'll be hooked.

You signed up to go to kickboxing so expect to get your sweat on. It is kickboxing in HIIT form. High intensity, strong movements, increased heart rate, different movements over the course of a timed session. April is great. The atmosphere is motivating and not intimidating. Regulars are encouraging. And as a first timer, I'll be back to conquer my footwork. Good stuff!
