Superb. One of the only shops in town that had the tires I needed, and at a reasonable price too! My car is rear-wheel drive, and the back tires are larger than the front ones. The size I needed for the back tires is “uncommon” apparently, but Pep Boys was able to order them, and they arrived pretty quickly. Very satisfied with their service. Great in particular if you need a speciality tire that other shops wouldn’t carry

Rod was so helpful with my visit today. I initially went to just get my oil changed but also needed new tires. He took the time to go over different, safe tire options and we were able to choose one and have it done today. I never felt pressured to pay for anything unnecessary. Highly recommend Rod at this Pep Boys!

You have earned my utmost respect and loyalty as a customer. Keep up the fantastic work!Update- Rod left at 3:30. Things went south after this. They sent a text saying vehicle was ready. At 5pm, vehicle still wasn't ready. The mechanic, "Leonard" said something was grinding and didn't want us to drive it. (This is the only mode of transportation my daughter has). Myself and the other front desk person, who was not a mechanic drove the vehicle around the parking lot and the brakes were grinding in the rear (supposedly after new rotors and pads). The front desk person called manager and let him know. We left the vehicle overnight. Which meant I had to drive back to Birmingham from Montgomery the next morning to take my daughter to work. The store manager, Brad, said the vehicle would be finished by lunch and it was.Fast forward two days later and my daughter said the front brakes were still making a "funny noise". I took off from work and went BACK to Birmingham to Pep Boys with the vehicle. This time it was found that a caliper bolt had been cross-threaded and wasn't tight. Therefor making the noise. Brad had it fixed in quick manner. I say all this to say, I wouldn't take a vehicle to this location on a Sunday.

Great experience at Pep Boys today. Rod provided excellent customer service even though my bill to fix my ancient car was not the favorite part of my day. :-) Highly recommend.

Great experience! Had a flat tire in the area with a car full of kids, and Penny took great care of me. Honored their time and price quotes. Friendly, professional and had me back on the road within the estimated timeframe. Will surely come here next time.

This shop never honors the appointment time. This is the 3rd time I’ve been fooled to make an early appointment for them to not to take my car back 3 hours after. If I make a 8:30 appointment, I’d expect my car to be taken back within an hour. I can be patient but I have limits. Left this pep boys and took it to a place down the street. No appointment but still took my car back within 20 mins. If you can’t work on my car, then don’t schedule the appointment.My wife scheduled an oil change a few days before. When she got there they told her they were low on staff. She told them that’s fine, she’ll wait. They then told her they didn’t have her oil filter even though their in-stock said they had 3 of them. They told her to bring it in the next morning and they would have the filter then. Y’all get merchandise shipments on Sunday morning’s? I don’t believe that bull.Stay away from this place. So many better options to choose from.

Awesome job by Joseph and Chris. I had a breakdown on a cross country trip on July 3rd when everyone was closing down. I called ahead and they were waiting for me as the tow truck rolled in. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part in stock. Definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Penny and Clay and a couple of others. They were communicative and worked with me to get my Ford Escape tuned up. They arranged a Lyft for me to get home from the shop. Penny was amazing to work with. Friendly and super down to earth. They were accommodating. I’ll be back to this location for sure! Ask for Penny when you visit.

I had busted a tire on a curb during Memorial Day Weekend. Penny and her crew were able to get me a new tire and put it on the car in less than an hour. Now I'm safe driving back home. Thank you, Penny and tge Pep Boys Crew!

I called them today when my radiator hose busted on my car and ask them if they could get my car in and fix it. The lady said sure drop it off. I told her I had my 5 month old puppy with me she said no problem. She told me to bring it straight to the back and we could bring our puppy inside while we wait. They got my car in a fixed we are now back on our way. Hands down one of the best places I have ever gotten my car fixed at.

Great experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. They were busy. I was greeted by Penny who took my information and reviewed with me the four tire order I placed online. I waited on the installation which took about 2 hours and that included the alignment that was recommended and needed.The Pep Boys team was great to deal with.

This place is great! Rodney got me in, they did exactly what needed to be done to my car and got me up and running for a good price. Everyone had great customer service and was very nice. Make sure you go to Pep Boys if you have any problems with your car!
