I remember going to this store with my grandparents the first week it opened! While I'm a fan of so many things conveniently being in one place, this location can get rather junky and hard to navigate. I've also had to cancel several grocery pickup orders because they kept getting delayed or had a lot of missing items. The grocery side tends to give me the most issues, with products frequently being out of stock other than damaged. I'm sure this location gets LOTS of traffic though. It's not my fav Walmart to stop by, but it'll get the job done in a pinch.

Pharmacy drive through is very slow please don't ever be in pain trying to get your meds. Other than that it's fine

Never any working cashiers those that are there mostly are on the phone. Able bods are at the door. Elderly pushing buggies or trying. Three cashiers standing at self checkout telling you which register to go to with lines half way through the store. We work they get paid. Checking out is a whole process. They don’t follow their own policy. Usually there is only one register opened even on the busiest days. I can vent about Walmart all day.

Customer service was able to bring my item out with no issue. Can’t remember the worker name but he was very nice and attentive.

Attempted to buy a keyboard around 1 pm on a Friday and encountered one of the rudest employees. I was initially helped by who I assume was a third party vendor. Kind and helped even though it clearly was not her job. I simply asked where I could find a keyboard on K5 as shown in the app. I was met with an attitude by the Walmart employee after she harshly informed me that they’re undergoing a remodel and they won’t have a lot of the things listed. That’s fine but no need to get upset at someone for asking a question. I wouldn’t waste your time here (at least while they’re remodeling). And definitely don’t expect any customer service or help from the electronics department.

I’ve been getting lunch from this Walmart about once a week for almost a year now. I came in today around 11:30, and they had the food out, but no employee was in the deli to serve food. I waited for twenty minutes as employees walked all around the area, but no one went to the deli. So I called the store to ask if customer service could send someone down, and they hung up on me.
