The pharmacist here is amazing. We go through the drive thru and it always goes so quick because of the man who works here. He goes out of his way to be compassionate and also helps us with coupons when I lost my insurance. Wonderful and genuine people here. Never a single bad experience since he has been here!! The best!

Bad attitude at the pharmacy! Would not take my good rx coupon which resulted in a charge twice what I normally pay. The pharmacist on duty was a real gem!!

The pharmacy said they could not fill my prescription in 2 hours before they close. When I called the next day to make sure it was ready to pick up, they said they didn’t know the doctor (it is on the script) and now it wouldn’t be ready until 11:30. The Target cvs gets me my medication in 10 minutes. Don’t know why it has to take this cvs 24 hours.

I went to the pharmacy counter to ask a question about medicine for my granddaughter. As I stood at the counter, the Pharmacy Tech (written on her white t-shirt) yelled from half way across the Pharmacy area ( close to where the prescribed medications are kept), "what's up?" I politely responded, "Is that how we greet customers now?" She responded with indignation as she rolled her neck, "yeah!" Without saying another word, I turned and walked out of the store.How unprofessional. No wonder CVS is shedding stores.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars, I would. the did’t run one of my scripts correctly and then refused to refund me the amount that I over paid! I called the corp office, filed a complaint, never did hear so I called back. they called the store and the only thing they offered was a gift card-for a store that I will NEVER go back in. RUN away from this pharmacy. I’ve moved ALL of my scripts and will never use this store again

i just waited 15 minutes for a prescription that was transferred from another CVS store. They could see the prescription under my profile but said that could not fill it and that I would have to call the other store before they could fill it. Why couldn't this CVS store call the other CVS store? While I contacted the other CVS store, they closed the pharmacy. Please teach your employeLes about customer service

Horrible!!!!! PHARMACY SHOULD SHUT DOWN!!!!! TAKES 30 IN THE DRIVE-THRU THEN WHEN YOU GET TO THE WINDOW LITERALLY IT TAKES 10 MORE MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE SERVICE YOU!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BYPASS THIS SORRY SERVICE. THEY DONT DESERVE A 1 STAR

I’ve never used the pharmacy, but I’ve come into the store so many times and I’m pretty sure it’s the manager (guy in maybe his 30s) is always running around helping people, and doing everything himself. He’s very attentive and will come right up to you if he sees you having a problem. I couldn’t get my coupons to work today and he didn’t hesitate to come over and fix it. Extremely polite, wish there were more people like this. Thank you sir.

I call yesterday 03/17/2022 to ask a medication question at 1:18pm. I knew CVS closed for lunch at 1:30pm. Laytia answer my call and placed me on hold until 1:26pm then we became disconnected. She had been given my name and birthdate, and I had told her the questions to ask the pharmacist. From the tone in her voice I knew she would hang up the phone and go to lunch without helping me, which she did. I called back at 1:27pm, and 1:29pm and Laytia answered at 1:31pm and said "we are closed and for lunch." She transferred me to Jerry the Store Manage. I informed him of my encounter with Laytia. He said they were short-staffed, and waiting customers took priority over everyone else. He took my phone number and said he would have the pharmacist call me ASAP after lunch on 03/17/2022. Well, it has been 24 hours and I never received a call from the pharmacist or Jerry. I tried calling several times today, March 18th. CVS is not allowing calls to go through to the pharmacy today. My question still has not been answered. This CVS, at ShadesCrest and Highway 150, has very unprofessional staff, that are rude. I had a previous encounter with a rude Pharmacist back in January 2022. This CVS needs more compassionate and professional staff. And I need to find another pharmacy!

New to the area but it seems like some to majority of the customers treat the employees like Burger King. Most people don’t understand the flow of working in a pharmacy, it’s not just that you give your name and magically the medicine appear out of nowhere. Keep in mind the energy you give a person, they may give it back to you the same way it was delivered to them. Always be polite and positive and I promise it will pay off and also I have witness how hard some of their staff team work.
