I am very happy with this branch but I was extremely disappointed this morning to discover that Alyah is no longer there. Her and the other two girls are a huge part of why I bank at this branch! I do weekly business here concerning a substantial amount of money. This seems to be a poor choice on behalf of the business at least from this customers perspective. Alyah has always provided an appreciated and important level of service to me and anyone I’ve ever seen her work with. I hope these changes don’t cause a negative change in my experience and choice to continue banking here.

Teller wasn't very knowledgeable and proceeded to lecture me that a savings account is meant for savings when I requested it be linked to my debit card

Very Friendly Staff! I had accounts here for years! An unsecured loan and still have a credit card with compass. Very convenient location right outside of downtown. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very client oriented and friendly experience!

I've never banked anywhere else but why would I want to when I have a great experience every single time here and they never give me any problems. Also they have an app that allows me to see my purchases and my balance which is very handy. There is also a setting in the app where you can be notified when a purchase occurs with your card. Love BBVA!
