I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Suburban Propane since starting service with them a few weeks ago. They not only inspected my tank and filled it to 80%, they later came back and replaced the faulty gauge on my tank and gave it a fresh coat of paint at my request.
And whenever I had to call them the ladies I spoke with were very helpful and courteous.
I would highly recommend Suburban Propane for your propane needs.

The customer service at Suburban Propane has been horrible the last 2 years. I have been a customer for around 10 years now. They are constantly changing things and adding fees, but the customer is not notified of these changes or at least I wasn't. You either speak to someone who is rude, someone who has no clue what is going on or you get so many different answers that you don't know what to believe. If you are expecting someone to call you back, like they say they will, you will never get a phone call back. Wish I had more options. Planning on trying AmeriGas again.

I really like the employees they are so friendly. Helpful. The only thing I don’t like is when I can’t afford the lock-in in the summer. Is I have to pay over $4 in the winter. Which is a real set back

Suburban delivery person showed up promptly on date of delivery of our 250 gallon tank. He promptly explained process, signed my documents, made payment and he went to installing the tank and hooking up everything. Would definitely recommend Suburban Gas for your home propane gas provider.
