There is seriously no one better than Terri and her team! My babies are always so well taken care of and we think of her as family. I love the updates she sends and it is our favorite part of traveling, getting her texts with photos of our angels! Molly and Willow adore her! Highly recommend!

My pup had such a great experience boarding with Terri and Terry! My dog is anxious and fearful with strangers but they worked their magic and he ended up having a great time! It made me feel so much better to receive daily photos of him hanging out with them on the couch and updates on his progress. I won’t go anywhere else for boarding!

HIGHLY recommend. I needed a sitter at the last minute due to tragedy in the family. With all that I had to worry about daily during that week, the last thing I needed was to worry about my pack of four babies while traveling and handling affairs. Not only did Terri accommodate my needs, she sent pics of her visits and my pups looked absolutely HAPPY. She's a permanent fixture for me when I need some respite and time away from home Thanks Terri!

Very unhappy with the way that I was treated by this business. I’ve been a loyal customer with them for over five years and have spent over $3000 with them and caring for my dogs. They are wonderful caregivers but the customer service sucks.

Very disappointed with this company. Its sad because I've been a customer with them for a while. First things first, I was going out of town and I let them know that I would be booking for boarding. I went on the site & the price for boarding said one thing, and when they sent me a invoice five minutes later, the price was 10 dollars extra per day,i asked ab this bc i was literally on the site 5 seconds ago, and they informed me that they went up on the price. That was the first strike because I felt that the price should have been honored because that's what I saw on the site but I let it go. I came home from my trip early and I asked if they did a reimbursement for the dogs not staying the entire time. They did not. I was fine with it, it was the attitude and demeanor that they displayed while I was asking the question. I ended up coming to get my dog early anyway and when i got there, the owner had an attitude and didn't even speak. I wont be back. Sucks after being a customer for 5 yrs but i work hard for my money and will spend it else where.

I used Always Home Pet Sitting to watch my cat for two weeks this summer. I am a new client, and would definitely repeat the experience. Although my cat is skittish (and hid during most of their visits), when Terri first met him with us in the room, she knelt down and allowed the cat to sniff her at his leisure, and he gave her a head bump, which he never does to strangers. One of the things I appreciate most about AHPS is how quick they are to respond, and that they sent communications to me at least three different ways--via their online pet portal, text, and email, so there was little chance of my missing a message from them. They took photos during each visit and kept me informed of the things they did and my cat's behavior. I would definitely say they are reliable and experienced.

I was very anxious to leave my dogs for a trip. I think since Covid has forced me to be with them 24/7 for 2 years, leaving my best friends really had me worried. All of the boarding facilities I checked out were just not the right fit. I can tell you that Terri was awesome! She did everything she promised and more. My dogs loved her, and her spectacular care made a hard trip easier. I know my future travels will be less stressful because I can trust her with my pets and home. Absolutely wonderful!

We love them! My dog has stayed with them many times of the last few years, and I think he'd go live with them permanently if he could! They are very communicative, and I get lots of updates while I'm away. Definitely feel peace of mind leaving him with them!

Recently had two occasions using these services. Easy to leave instrucitons via client portal and make changes if needed while away. They took excellent care of my parakeet and cat (who stayed hidden while they were in house). Sent pictures of all they did and even cleaned the birdcage and swept up scattered litter. Very please and will be using them when I am out of town again.

I was very disappointed on three major fronts. Most importantly, my pets were not fed in a timely manner. I can live with a feeding being 1-2 hours later than their normal time, but 5 hours is unacceptable. Innocent animals should not go hungry because a petsitter overextended herself and couldn't get to my house until hours after she was expected. The time expectation was made clear on more than one occasion.Second, the litter box area and the trash can were left in a very messy state - definitely not anything the cats could have done.Third, I Ieft detailed written instructions on how the cats' bowls should be cleaned between meals and LEFT SPECIFIC FOOD OUT. The instructions were not followed, and the cats were fed bad food the petsitter dug out of the back of our fridge (which we were taking back to the store for a refund) and fed it to the cats. Not OK.This service will not be welcome in my home or near my pets again.

I’m here to brag on Always Home Pet Care. In the past I’ve boarded my girls anytime I was away. I heard about Always Home and gave them a try. WOW! My girls got to stay at home and sleep in their beds. No trauma for them in a kennel! Nanny Joan came twice a day to let them out, feed them and, of course, play with them. I got an update with pictures after each visit. If you ever need a pet sitter this is the one for you. Thanks Maria and Joan!
