Amelia at Penske (Store#4612) in Mobile, AL was the most kind, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and professional!! I truly enjoyed my experience with her! She's the most pleasant person I've ever spoken with at a moving company. She would make a phenomenal manager! I truly wish we had more caring people who take the time to get to know what's best for their customers and offer solutions without a customer even asking. Please promote Amelia! Really nice and clean facility. Friendly staff that took care of my issues quickly and professionally. Second Penske rental for a long distance home move with good experiences both times.

Will NEVER EVER rent from Penske again! Trucks are in horrible shape. They are governed to do only 69 mph. I don't recommend this company for rental needs.

Nice to deal with professionals after the other company left us stranded when the truck broke down. Penske staff had us back on the road and they were a better price than the low Budget place we originally rented from.
