Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about their patients. They do not check with insurance to see if basic labs are covered like every other office does and expects you to do it like it isn’t common practice among doctor’s offices. The practice manager, Stephanie, said they don’t have the time to do that for every single patient. It’s sad that places like this lack human decency to treat individuals how they would want to be treated. The doctor ordered it and now I have an almost $300 lab bill. I learned a valuable lesson from this. Unfortunately, now I know why this office had openings when the other offices didn’t.

Most unprofessional and uncaring provider I have ever been seen by. I had no issues with Dr Mark Lindsay, other than an inability to be scheduled as his patient. The nurse practitioner is the one I'd avoid, Red hair.

Casey is great! She is very kind and listens to my concerns. I'm able to get an appointment anytime that I need it, usually within a day or two.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mark Lindsey for 15 years. Very happy with his knowledge, proactive approach to wellness, methods and processes. He spends the time necessary to listen and educate me on my health. No question goes unanswered. I always leave his office feeling secure in knowing he takes my health as seriously as I do. Annual checkups feel like visiting an old friend. All my records are available to him and he reviews them in preparation for my visit. They also have a proprietary web portal for me to have access to my records as well. He genuinely cares about ones health. This is what I want in a primary care physician and Dr. Mark Lindsey exceeds my expectations.

Our family has been using Alabama Family Practice even before Dr. Mark and Dr. Kathy opened it (they were with another group at the time). We have been super pleased with the care we have received with Dr. Mark, as he actually takes time to listen to his patients for evaluating their needs. However, if you are looking for phone calls to be returned, that's a different ball game. Through the years I have requested a handful of calls to be returned but only received two. I haven't even been lucky enough for the current office manager to return one. If you want thorough medical care, Dr. Mark is your doctor.

I brought my elderly mother to this practice and she was always treated by CRNP Wendy Castillo, who I absolutely adore. Sometimes the service is slow, I'll agree, so you have to stay on top of them a little bit. But it's a beautiful place and I always felt like mom got the best care. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone. Unfortunately, they don't take my insurance plan otherwise I would switch too. Thank you Wendy.

Horrible response time, over a week to get medications that are not ones that should wait, even when called in well before being needed. Staff is rude and clearly do not like being there. They have called me to come in for test results, to tell me they just need to change my meds, something that can be said over the phone, to get that claim and co-pay. Worst experience I have EVER had with a doctors office.

I have been going to them for about 3 years now. Never seen one of the actual doctors. Always the nurse practitioner. I did not mind when Terry was there. She always was on top of things! In the past few months, it has been hard to get someone to call you back or even make appointments. You call them and they say they will have to call you back, but never do. I am about ready to find a new doctor. Does anyone know of any doctors that actually care about you and your well being???

Nurse Practitioner Terry Singletary is lovely. I really like her. With that being said, her nurse does not return phone calls in a timely manner if at all. I had an insurance issue with my prescription and needed her to fax some paperwork to the pharmacy. When she did finally return my call several days after leaving a message she said she would take care of it and never did. This caused me to have to pay full price for my meds because I needed them and couldn't keep waiting. Another issue I have with this practice is the office staff. It took me 3 days of calling to finally get someone on the phone from billing so I could pay my balance. The first day I called and was put on hold and forgotten about. I called back throughout the day only to be directed to the automated operator and when I chose the option to leave a voice mail for billing, the mailbox was full. Day 2 was the same. Finally, on Day 3 when I got someone to answer I refused to be put on hold and asked to speak to someone in billing without being placed on hold. Only then was I finally able to take care of my business. Every time I have been there, the office staff is very low energy and borderline rude. They all act like they would rather be anywhere except there. I will say that when I was finally able to speak with someone in billing, she was very pleasant and helpful.
