Have called twice and left messages asking for return call like they state in their outgoing message. Needing to know if they could get peppermint carnations by Monday for my 41st anniversary. NEVER GOT NO CALL SO guess they don't know customer service.

I'm completely blown away by the lack of cooperation by this business… Not quite sure whatever happened to the customer is always right, but it definitely is not a practiced principal with this company. I definitely Do not recommend.

I went in with a picture of a previous arrangement they’d done. The one they did for me was magnificent and even prettier in than the one they’d done before. Delivery was as promised. A perfect tribute to the loss of my brother. Thank you all for making a painful time just a little easier.

I live in Los Angeles and needed to order flowers for a family member in Montgomery who was hosting me at their house. Came across the website. Looked very polished and exactly like my taste. I placed an order over the phone for same day delivery of an arrangement. The ordering process was pleasant. I asked for $100 arrangement plus tax/delivery on top. When i arrived to the house and saw the arrangement that was sent i was embarrassed. it was a 4 inch square low glass vase with 7 rose blooms, 2 hydrangea blooms and 6-7 white flowers. It was so bland and unimpressive, not to mention a total rip-off for $100. it looked like a grocery store $35 arrangement. Furthermore i reached out directly to the contact email provided on their website with my feedback, asking for some type of resolution and I didn't even get so much as a response. This business may be defunct. I placed an order Nov. of 2022. I was charged, but i never received the automated notification that the item had been shipped, and i never received the actual item. Weeks later, I called and lady said she would check into it and get back to me. I did not hear back from them.
