Customer service is horrendous, my mailing address was removed from the system 3 times. I had to call and add it back each time, and they threatened to withhold my car title after the last payment was made because the address had been removed from their system again.

My dad bank with this credit union and he just passed away on June 6th and I am his biological daughter when my step sister which is not his biological daughter is giving me a hard time and I tried to show that he is deceased and they refuse to help me

If I could give them negative star I would. Representative Lisa woodlief is highly racist. She Always threatens me to take my car if I’m late On a payment. They have representative name Hope that is great but the car loan side of this banking business is HORRIBLE. They added $5000 to my account because of my insurance lapse. If you’re black don’t go here they will profile the s out of you.

I went to make a payment on my husbands car. The white blond doesn’t know me from a can of paint and said that I asked her how she knows I’m not on the account and all she can say was you’re not on the account. It’s all about tone and how you say it. She didn’t ask me my name or anything. I don’t know what her problem is but she needs a refresh in customer service.
