?Runnnn!!!! SCAM !! If i could give this 0 stars i would. I called two days prior for an appt. I arrived at 945 my appt time was at 10.The lady started around 1015. I sat and watched 3 others come in as walk ins and they were finished before me. It took almost 9 hrs for knotless braids and they were longer than the length i requested. I had to rush them at the end because i had a 630 function to attend.
I paid 260$ via cash app and left. Two weeks later a deposit of 150$ was sent to me. ( I'm not even sure how or why 150$ was sent to me in the first place. REDFLAG ? ) Once i realized the mistake (maybe about 3-4 days later) i had not 1, but TWO refund request from owner(another REDFLAG ?) One i declined and one i sent the 150$ back(because I'm a child of god)!! The next day, i received a message from cash app stating that a dispute was made and 150$ will be deducted from my account. I tried to hash the issue with cash app, cash app advised that i request a refund from owner. Refund request is still pending. I reached out to owner regarding issue, sent over bank statements and proof of over payment. Owner was very rude, nonchalant and told me call back the next day after she checks her acct and if she sees the 150$ she will send it back. She also told me i should've reached out to her sooner about the issue, when i explained to her that i didn't know about the 150$ mistake until days later, (and that 150$ wasn't a issue to send back ). Days later, still waiting on a refund.
Needless to say, A dispute has been filed through my bank. Very unprofessional! I've asked around about reviews after receiving such tasteless service and was told that this is a scam and that they are known to do these things. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD HERE! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!
I've recently started getting braids and fell in love with them so I planned to have them done every 2 months. A potential valued, paying customer was lost. I'd most definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

Very unprofessional!
After starting my hair for about an hour straight, another braider came into the salon. She began looking at the hair and came over to me as if she would be helping the person braiding my hair. They got into a verbal disagreement and one of the women began cutting out the hair that was already braided in my hair out of anger. The other woman appeared as though she was disappointed but ready to start over. I quickly departed!
Worse experience ever!

Kinda netural. The girl did good as far as the retwist. But the style wasn't even close to the picture. And i ended up leaving without the style being fully complete.no hair pins...I had to buy and pin my own hair myself because they didn't have hair pins...need I remind you that walmart is just a few feet away from the shop but they didn't have hair pins. The style wasn't tight or sown in to make it tight so it will hold. So I ended up pinning over 90 hair pins in in order to get ny style to stay without falling apart. But I was charged full price (120) as if the style was fully complete. Personally I think she is great as a retwister but suck as a stylist. Keep practicing...

They try to over charge you. They told my baby girl 11 yr. Old hair would be $160 then when they get done and say $260. I gave her $160 then gone say I can cash app her the rest of it. Wait on it.

Went in to get my hair braided.I was told $160. My card was about to be charged $170. Isa is running this shop with her and 3 or four young girls from Montgomery. They young girls curse and talk about too much for clients...Isa starts the braid and they braid the braids down.I was not satisfied at all with my hair.The shop is nasty and she will let 3 or 4 people wait knowing she is the only African braider there. When I go to the African braiding shop I want African braids...She is just trying to hold on but it may be time to quit or find better help to get back to the braider you were back in the day.
