I needed a quote concerning a matter. Ben Pugh was immediately available and able to give me what I needed. I also emailed him the next day. He response blew me away. My experience with All-State Insuranc is awesome. Mr. Pugh sat down with me and took the time to gave me the best deal I could afforded. After talking and buying home and car insurance with All-State, I would recommend them more than any other insurance company, and I have been with so many. I recommended a friend, she bought car insurance, and she thanked me for taking her too talk with Mr. Pugh.

So unprofessional the ladies that he have working for Ben Pugh Agency are lazy they do not call back or give you the correct Information. THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY DON't like their jobs. No Help!!! When Tonya was there she was great...Kay or Kim I would not prefer anyone to themor this Agency .

This branch is terrible the customer service agents are rude and ignorant. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. Avoid them at all cost when I say terrible I mean terrible.

I have been with this company for 8 years and no complaints with the business side but customer service needs more training. I would have rated them 5 stars otherwise. Please learn how to talk to your customers, I wanted to hang up the phone or asked to speak with someone else.

After 20 plus years with our previous company, Ben, Buddy and Kim made us feel welcome to the Allstate family. They also cut our rates by 50% across the boars. Plus they always answer the phone in manner I can understand.
