The white guy with the beard WILL low ball you. If you see him walk right back out. The staff outside of him were great and if the right manager is there you’ll get a good deal.

I purchased a gold necklace for a good amount of money they hid the fact that the necklace had previously been repaired,I discovered the soldered areas on necklace soon after and when back to the store within 30 min and I spoke with manager about exchanging the product or getting my money back she denied both and then stated that they would buy the necklace back at half of what I originally purchased it for. This place has no protection for buying customers so BEWARE before buying anything here because they DONT back their products, I’m a regular customer all I wanted was to get store credit

Customer service lacking the short greedy, manipulative aims to cheat individuals with every sale. There are many many areas that have pawnshops if you want an honest person now the owner is truly a nice person it's the rat sales associate who makes this store a 1 Start

Great customer service, and the knowledge of firearms was very helpful. Good selection and price. A Deputy Sheriff works on the gun counter and really help with making my choice of firearm.
