I used to love going here but they changed their hours and the sauna never works in the males locker room. It used to be 24/7 until they changed ownership I'm guessing. It was the main reason I even joined this gym. Minus the lunk alarm, this place is essentially planet fitness with more equipment and a better gym atmosphere.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT It says 24 hours open but in person there are completely different hours. The sauna has also been broken down for years

They overcharge for membership fees. Then they won't properly close your account, instead, they will keep charging every month. I went to this gym 3 times and they charge over $200 in membership fees, when my original fee was suppose to be $26.99.
On top of this, I had to physically go to the gym 4 times just to close my membership because the associate double charge the wrong account. When I mentioned this to them they said " you still have a balance and owe us". Which I replied, " no, because you double charge me and still didn't close the account ."
Now, I am in the process of trying to get a refund for $211 overcharged to my bank. I have waited 2 months for this to get resolved and haven't received anything back. This is the worse gym experience I have ever had, save your money and go somewhere else.

Equipment takes too long to get repaired. New operating hours are horrible and they were changed with little notice.

I use to come to gym and had the best trainer, I stopped going because of health issues. Once I was cleared I returned back and assumed things would be great!!! Nope it was horrible, Eddie isn't there anymore and he was the best trainer and humbled guy there!! They are rude now, things are broken, and to rea comments about billing issues is crazy. So I went directly to corporate, cause who wanna deal with unprofessional people! And they aren't 24 his anymore. Waste of money and time!

Great gym to workout at, there is plenty of equipment for all you physical needs. The staff is real down to earth and professional. I love being a member here.

This not my first time coming to this gym as an over the road truck driver it’s a nice gym been coming over often but they changed their hours of operation although when you check online it’s not changed

I joined Crunch earlier this year for the 24/7 access and the sauna. The sauna hasn't worked in months and now the gym is no longer 24/7. Went to workout this morning at 5 when the gym is supposed to be open and it was a ghost town. If this was planned, I didn't see any notice. The equipment breaks down and stays out of service for months and the gym is dirty. I really wish they'd do better but if not I'm changing my .membership.

First day back in gym in 3-4 months due to illness. Goes in at 3:20 a.m. and gym closed. Thought you were opened 24 hours. If hours changed, why there was no notice. Just messed up my day.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would!! A lot of unprofessional people in management here. I came in canceled my membership well before the 30 days before I could be charged again. My paperwork was some how misplaced and I called numerous times because I was charged for something that I followed their rules and canceled! It’s ridiculous! I keep getting the run around and placed on hold with no explanation or resolution. They have got to do better!

This is a money grab. Once you’re in it takes forever to get out. Half the machines are broken. I’m leaving this review because customer service takes 0 accountability for their mistakes and will take forever in regards to changing the membership of any kind.

Crunch is AMAZING!!! This is the best large gym I have ever attended. The members and staff are very supportive. The equipment is diverse and plentiful. The manager, Ms. Tae, is very professional, kind, and thorough in her explanations of policies and her overall customer care!!!
