When you’re desperate to cut your hair not a bad place, but not the best hair care I have experienced. Stylist did not quite fix my previous blotchy bleach color and the haircut itself I needed to fix it a bit when I came home due to many strands that was not cut correctly, and some hair was not colored completely luckily not too abuse unless you do a double take. The photos as advertised not quite the same experience.

Super quick for a simple cut. I always request Billy, because he knows his stuff. I feel safe that he'll take my curls into account if he brushes my hair out for an even cut. It's also the cleanest Cuts By Us I've ever been in.

They always do well with my hair (which is so hard to find people who can bc of my curly hair) from a trim to a complicated dye it always looks amazing

My elderly mom wanted a permanent and I couldn't find anyone to do it except for Cuts By Us made her an appointment they took her right away gave her a great perm and the guy that did it was really friendly I wish I knew his name

This store isn’t bad but must have a lot of turnover. Waiting over 1 hour on a Sunday but only 1 lady is working here. This place never has enough staff. If you aren’t willing to wait, go somewhere else.

They're very friendly but it's also disorganized. Showed pictures for reference but the result is absolutely nothing like the picture and gave me bald spots above my ears

Everything I instructed the lady to do she did the opposite. I said don’t cut any length off the top she did it. I showed her a picture with a 3 on the sides and said don’t go shorter than that she gives me a skin fade. I asked her to trim the edges of my beard and fade my sideburns into beard she gives me a damn goatee looks at me and says done. Garbage I only paid because I felt bad for her. I believe her name is Ariana. I’ve been going here for 2 years. I’m never going back now.

I had a wonderful experience! The shop is immaculate, the manager is super helpful & friendly. Someone else had messed up a trim on me the day before & I spoke with Dillon & he did an amazing job of fixing it without taking a bunch off & then styled it beautifully. I felt like a million bucks when I left.

Had my hair cut today from Mary / Ann.
Very pleasant. Took me right away and one of the nicest cuts I’ve had in a while. Actually there’s not much left to cut but did a great job with what I have left.

I needed a haircut ASAP, and since I couldn't get an appointment with my "regular" barber, I had passed by many times but never went so I tried them and I walked right in and sat down with Mr. Glenn and he got my hair spot on exactly like I wanted. Everyone was extremely nice and other places like Sport Clips and Great clips had a minimum 50 min wait....and cuts by us had enough employees I was able to walk straight in and sit down for a cut. Highly recommend!!!
