After having worked a total combined 22 years in customer service, whenever I am handling business for myself or my family ,I feel like I am a teacher grading the performance. On February 4, 2020, in the year of Our Lord and Savior, at Farmers Insurance with the Sue Raybon Agency, I give them an A. My mother's ceiling and insulation fell through on a Tuesday night, I reached out to the toll free number of Farmers insurance, the young lady who answered couldn't understand me, so I decided to call Sue Raybon's office and leave a message on the voicemail, to my surprise the next morning, Wednesday, I spoke with a Ms. Tracy who put in the claim and reached out to the appraiser and by Thursday of the same week everything was processed including the funds to cover the damage. To God be the glory for the great things He has done!
