I bought these ribs 3 weeks ago, took them out today & when they were unthaw this is what they looked like . They were brown & black , & had a bad smell. So I called the store & the manager said I’ll have to come in , in the morning to the meat department. Then she said without a receipt it’s nothing she can do . If the product was good we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Being nice nasty , but I’ll never go to this place again. Shop at your own risk

I purchased my Grocery's to cook and I didn’t receive my chicken I call and advise I didn’t receive answered all questions came up to establishment even showed my receipt and advised her that I didn’t receive it she kept telling me to look at the footage and I kept telling her that I didn’t receive what I paid for at all as if her cashier couldn’t have left it in a bag and another customer grab it we have been shopping here since I was a child so to have someone make accusations that I’m stealing when I have told them on a repeated bases that I don’t have the product I wouldn’t be here if I had it is crazy I told her due to the confrontation that we had I will return all merchandise and discontinue shopping here due to the fact issue was not resolved I was told in a nice nasty tone that’s fine we close at 8 no customer service was given here it makes me feel that because I’m black you came at me like I’m a theft and the black people are the main ones supporting your business

I am sharing and upgrading my current review of 1 star from 7 months ago. I must give credit where credit is due. This store has picked up since then and I must state the following. Floors were clean enough to move around with other shoppers. The meats were neatly stacked or iced properly. There were no foul smells within the isle nor near meats. Cashiers and customer service was timely and courteous. Security was also provided inside while shoppers carried on their day. I enjoyed the fair priced products and US meats. Great turn around. I often wonder why my parents love's this store, but when I begin to shop there I see why ,the place is clean and the staff is great there I just can't complain! Love this store!! Prices are reasonable.
