My order was supposed to be delivered March 1st - I called and verified they had them in stock, which they did, and then I was notified that I would not receive my items. I had to cancel one part of the order and drive an hour and 15 minutes one way, to pick up a portion of the order, as this stated the other items would be delivered today March 2nd, but it was not. I tried to call Montgomery, AL location multiple times and was hung up on, on hold for over 2 hours, told I couldn't speak to a manager and if I did it would be an hour and half wait (to which I asked to wait and was told no). I spoke with Corporate this morning, and he called and they hung up in his face. Now, I have received an email stating it should be delivered, Thursday March 6th, granted I was told it would be March 1st, and called and they had 7 doors in stock, that the floor associate counted himself. This store is complete garbage. I would recommend anyone staying far away from this place.

I was fortunate to have the product I wanted.
I asked the staff where the product I was looking for was located, and they very kindly gave me directions, so I was very grateful.
I am fortunate to be able to visit often to learn about various things and improve my home.

The workers at this Home Depot are good people. "V" and Ben made my day. Both were cheerful and gave off good energy. Ben helped me find a new handheld vacuum, and V complimented my shoes at the self-checkout registers.

Some employees complain about everything...can't even move, some people just don't appreciate to have a job 🙄

Couldn't find the lights I wanted on the shelves but Tim was a great detective. He found them quickly and even restocked where someone else had left the spot blank. We'll done and thank you, Tim!

Amazing difference between this store and the bypass store as the Eastchester store is so much more organized and I assume this is because of better management.

I recently had a warranty issue with an ice maker I bought there with the Allstate extended warranty and they basically told me to find someone to fix it and they would reimburse me, I wasn’t very impressed
