My name is Jessica and recently my husband passed away. I have 2 young boys and I am in the most challenging area of my life and instead of think I’m strange because of my behavior. I am learning to relive without my husband as a single Mother and I am limited to find at this time because it is recent, and Kasey helped me come with an idea I can use forever in order to read. And reading is therapy. I am grateful She saved me lovey that I can use later! Thank God!Peace in Jesus Name.

Upon needing to get invitations completed, I was advised to try the Kwik Kopyshop on Carmichael and avoid the other location.
I called to ensure that what I needed was a service they provided, and I was greeted by a profession, attentive, and friendly female representative on the phone. Additionally, she provided me with a quote for the services I wanted and advised me to send the template of the invitation through their website. She advised that the order will be complete by the end of the day.
After driving 30 mins to the shop the next day, my order was not ready. I was informed that a minor blemish was found on the final printed copy (not on the template.) The Kwik team rightly opted to not make an unnecessary copies without confirming I was ok with the final print out and cited that they notified by via email of the issue.
Unfortunately, I did NOT receive any notification that there was an issue. One member of the staff stated “well, I sent you an email, did you check your spam and junk mail?!?” In the presence of the staff, we checked my spam and junk mail and found that no notification was received nor was a phone call attempted after I provided the correct info in my original order. Additionally, they offered to redesign the invite but would impose a ‘de$igner fee’. Due to my time constraints, and unwillingness to expend the extra time and miles to return, I accepted the final draft copy.
My point of contention was the way that the in-person team handled the lack of notification to me for the final print out copy—which was apathetic, rushed, and stand-off-ish.
Normally, I strongly support small businesses. But in this case, I would’ve had more satisfaction and walked out feeling that my ‘new’ business was appreciated more from a big name establishment. Won’t be going back.

Love love this place!!!!! They put up with so much from me during the planning of 2 events in my family. I'm not a professional but my family thinks I am. I learned as I went through. All the staff at Kwik Kopy not only treated me nice but went out of there way to get it right and fast. I was the reason for the mistake.The total price of the printing was very reasonable. Product was perfect. I give them 10☆☆☆♡

Used Kwik Kopyshop for name tags, invitations, and signage for a work trip. When I had to move the pickup time to be sooner than originally scheduled, Kwik Kopy worked with me and had it back to me quickly! Everything looked amazing and was such high quality! Will definitely recommend their amazing quality services and great prices!

I am so disappointed in this shop. DO NOT USE!!! We used the on a job that we had done last year. Last year they charged under $2 a piece. My husband went to them to do the job this year and they agreed. They cut the order even though they weren’t asked to and then charged us for it. The images still have to be cut either further so it made no sense. It was their mistake and they refused to take responsibility. I had to have the items today, so I was forced to pay almost $4 a piece making 30 dollar order 60 dollars.

Kwik Kopy handled all of my printing for my wedding!! Such a courteous staff who is always willing to help with great ideas!! I highly recommend them!

I had the hardest time trying to find someone to make my baby shower invitations. Every other place did a photo print instead of card. This place actually does cards and it’s not a bad price at all. Thank y’all so much!

This is the place to come for custom cards! The people here know what they're doing, unlike certain other print stores in Montgomery. Their website has a very nice, easy to use interface for customizing cards, and you can reach out via email for details not specified on the website (like if you want to print something on the back of the card). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful both by phone and email, as well as attentive to details you communicate about your project. They also finished my cards very quickly to accommodate my short timeline. Cards came out beautifully, if a different shade from the original artwork (noticeably less blue in the printed version). I liked the result, but if color accuracy is something you're concerned with, I recommend communicating that and starting early to check some printed samples.Only other thing is I wish they stocked pearl paper! The website lists it as one of four standard paper choices. Still unsure if that's something they would send away for as needed or if it's not actually done at all. Either way, I would definitely choose to work with this shop again!
