Very helpful with finding moving vehicles even though they did not have any available to rent at this location. The manager helped me find a u-haul at the time I needed it. Pleasant staff and easy access right off of I-85.

Like others here I felt like Anthony was great! Very helpful and very pleasant. However I moved all my stuff in on October 2023 and in February 2024 the price doubled! I feel this is something any prospective customers should know. Everything else was great but for me price and price consistency are very important as well. So I moved everything out.

I recently rented 2 units (1 climate and 1 non-climate) after checking google reviews for the arrowhead location. I went into the office to finalize the paperwork. I very quickly knew that the employee assisting me was Anthony (from reading reviews during research) based on his happy demeanor, knowledge, and great customer service skills. After making sure my paperwork was complete (minutes, not long at all), he also gave me a paper with a map and marked where the units are, showed me how to use the app, entry code, and so on.As for the units and property, they’re clean and seem well maintained. There is some construction at the front where they’re doing improvements and a new office. It didn’t affect us and was minimal / clean. I appreciate that they do improvements.

Anthony the current store Manager and Woody the Area Manager was very helpful and professional regarding an error on my account. The erroneous item was corrected expeditiously and professionally.

This is the best storage facility in Montgomery. The area is well maintained and Anthony is both very knowledgeable and helpful about these units. Fully recommend. It’s been a great experience, Anthony is always available and the DM even helped me move boxes into my unit. Wish there were six stars
