Dr. Tolentino was very compassionate, and spent time listening to my concerns. She offered several suggestions and instructions which benefitted my physical well being, as well as my emotional needs. She is a very competent, and caring health provider. I am grateful to be under her knowledgeable care.

Baptist Health needs to provide more personnel resources to Primary Care Partners physicians to provide optimum care for their patients. Therefore, Baptist Health receives a mere 2.0 rating from me.

The staff is very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Tolentino is the best!!! She cares about her patients and takes the time to listen to our concerns. I never feel like she is in a hurry.
My only suggestion is that Staff needs to be trained on what OOP means in regard to health insurance. (Maximum “out of pocket”.) Once people meet their deductible AND their annual OOP, their insurance covers 100% of their medical expenses.
