This particular store is my least favorite. Mainly because the staff seem unhappy and rarely smile. Even when saying, "Thank you", which makes it seem not sincere. I was told they were not allowed to do split payment. Because they received complaints of short changing some customers. Why does everyone have to be punished because some can't count change correctly? Also I was limited to the number of senior coffees I could order for take out. She said, "If we were allowing you to sit inside, you could have a bottomless cup." But I couldn't order 3 senior coffees to go to fill my mug in the car.Oh well, I guess I didn't really need all that coffee anyway.

The experience was horrible. We were given watered down cokes,that had been premade earlier and the ice had melted. My husband asked for a remake about 7 times. The worker just kept saying move forward sir, move forward. Every time we visit this location something is lacking in what we order. Workers need to be more considerate to the customers.

The experience was terrible. Went through the drive-thru order two orders order two separate orders they never gave me the second orderthey asked me to pull up to the rail to wait on the order when the manager brought the order out she came out with a nasty attitude and then came back in the store and said something smart to me and I haven't said anything to her the manager with the glasses on heavy set black woman lied like she had already passed the order out the one manager who was sitting in the lobby had sense enough to come and tell them to stopall the extra stuff with the attitudes and get the order out which was very professional of her as they were being very unprofessional

Like too many other places today, staff were ok but overall attitude was one of boredom and we were "interfering" with their day. Now I've worked in retail of some sort for over 30 years so i completely understand that it's difficult to be upbeat and "peppy" all the time. But it doesn't "cost" anything to smile and say thank you! Food was good and hot, but staff could be friendlier.

On a road trip and needed THAT #SteakBagel. Server was on the ball and sammy was made-to-order. Parking was ample and the restaurant was...a restaurant. Clean, orderly, not odorly. It's a good place to people-watch and verify the state of humanity.
