Went with my beloved honey-drew-brew at like 2am. They have delicious Caramel Frappuccino and are open 24hrs. Line is long late at night. It's normally hard to compliment Mcd's, but this one does many things correct. I hope the others throughout the city learn from them.

Used the mobile app so that I wouldn't have to get out in the weather or be at covid risk and they took 25 minutes and after nothing happening I went to the drive thru window and had to get my order that way. Which was sitting beside the lady the entire time nobody even attempted to bring it out to me. Also this was the first thing in the am and they had one other customer there when I arrived.

Mcdonald's does was it does good. Cheap food, great prices and there is a new deal every week.. Customer Service on this visit was pretty good. Better than the normal.

Even though they were slammed with dozens of drive-through customers, the servers inside were efficient, polite, and helpful. My order was quickly and correctly filled. Additionally, even though they were exceptionally busy, the store was clean and neat.

Went to this one due to the one on eastern blvds switchover that took over an hour. Asked for a sundae and they stated that after midnight they stop serving ice cream at all locations. I just got ice cream from McDonald’s at 130am last night.

Excellent morning staff!!! Always gets my coffee right!! Very nice, down to earth people who truly do offer that southern charm and are always pleasant and more than willing to put their customers first!!! 5 stars, easily!!!Night shift however, needs training...they don't have very good customer service skills and are always fooling around instead of doing what needs to be done to run this business... also they always seem exhausted...3 stars for night shift.-Decent food, usually right,-But takes forever, and customer service is lacking.

Waiting in line for 25 mins to get food. And it was cold. So ridiculous! Fries were soggy burger was cold as well. Too many onions in one spot instead of spread out. If I wasnt in a rush I would have said something to the manager.

Thought I'd try the big breakfast this morning. The eggs were the worst I've ever had they didn't taste like eggs. More like tin and no egg taste. They did not get better with salt and pepper. The sausage was just ok. The best part was the biscuit with two packets of jam. I should have had the sausage mcgriddle at half the price, which is yummy.
