Waited for our scheduled delivery from Ceva via Montgomery Air Freight. No calls. 5 minutes ago we received a call saying the truck broke down and there would be no delivery. Said ok, so tomorrow? Guy got an attitude saying No, that truck has already been loaded. So I said again, ok, so next day. That's when it really went downhill. He said No, I said when can I get a date? He said I don't know sometime next week...Mon, Tues, I don't know. If that isn't some really bad customer service I don't know what is. Customer punished because their truck broke down?

I am not very happy with their delivery team. I had a scheduled delivery for an item and I was told the item would be delivered on a specific day then it was delayed by 3 more days which is understandable. These things happen. But then the day of the delivery the driver apparently comes by the house and doesn't even stop. I live in a rural area and it can be kind of confusing if you're following GPS. I do understand him not finding the house straight away but after not being able to find the house he doesn't call or email or give any notification that he couldn't find the house. My delivery was set for a Friday between 11-3 and after waiting until after 6pm I finally decided to call only to find that they were closed. So I have to wait until Monday and the tracking information that I have never updates it stays as out for delivery the entire time. When I call on Monday the person tells me that they have no idea why it was returned to the warehouse there were no notes from the driver and they had no idea what to do with it. So if I had been a little more passive and given it a couple more days someone would have gotten themselves a nice patio set for free. I ended up having to drive 45 minutes to their warehouse and pick the item up myself that I paid shipping for. Very frustrating and if I purchase an item in the future I will make sure they're not using this company for delivery.

Had a delayed delivery due to inclement weather. Once I got them on the phone to solve my issue - Bob was so prompt, diligent, respectful and got my package to me the next day. Thanks Bob!!

The absolute worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional from their initial contact, to phone “support”, to their attempted delivery. They can’t seem to manage their delivery drivers and when the deliver packages. This didn’t happen just once. It has happened 2x in the past month with both deliveries via this vendor.
