The service is horrible. They are so disrespectful. I requested that the tech clean up my cuticle up because polish was on them. I paid for a manicure and it didn't look good. He didn't put oil on them. I told the manager, and she wanted to file the extra polish off. They are already sore because the tech filed them off. There is no sterile equipment, nor is there a sterilizer. My nail was bleeding, and I had to ask for alcohol to hope they didn't get infected. I will call the board on them.

I came in on a Wednesday to get a manicure with gel polish. The gentlemen was very rushed. No massage of the hands or arms. Two days later the polish chipped on two nails and then more nails. When the nail polished chip it cracked my nails to the meat. I took pictures and called the owner. She said can you come in I said I will be there next week. We can fix it then and I will show you the pictures. I have been with them since they open the business I have never complained but once when the guy did my nails. So, as I am paying I ask the owner am I paying full price today she said yes. I paid but I did feel the need to tell her how I felt. I said I pay for the services and I expect the services I pay for. She still didn’t acknowledge the wrong. I won’t be going back again. I don’t like that especially when I have history with you.

The spa treatment is divine! I did a mother/daughter date and we got the spa, the mani/pedi and I got acrylics! Those have lasted so well. They do such a great job and everyone is very friendly.

I enjoyed my mani/pedi. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was worth it! I usually get regular polish, but it's always a push for gel polish which is the only thing I can say I didn't like. I did try the gel again but as usual it chipped before I could enjoy it for a full day. I will return, but I will stick with my usual "regular" polish next time

Bad customer service experience. Get mad on how a person chooses to spend their hard earn money. Than when you tell them not happy how nails look they get mad then have nerve to say they don’t care but gonna make sure you pay them… Terrible!!!!!!?Service: Acrylic nails

If I could rate these people at a 0 I would. I go here from time to time due the location being near my job. I went and was told the charge would be $45 for a cat eye manicure. The man rushed through it. The magnet was old. When I made complaints they began to speak in their native language to each other. They refused to accommodate my wishes and said they’d charge me $10 less. I explained that I did not want the less amount I wanted it done correctly. The man who completed my nails stood in front of me huffing, then walked to the back. I was then told they couldn’t do anything and that was it. I was told prior to my process how they treated Black people and how they talked badly in their language about customers. I wanted a quick fix and still went. The nail polish is old and they are BEYOND rude. ESPECIALLY the lady. I’d chose another shop because if you’re not a Caucasian woman/man then they’re beyond rude and will not accommodate your needs. This place needs to be shut all the way down.Services: Pedicure
