This Panera is quite honestly my favorite go to place, they always seem to have the freshest food and the best customer service. I ordered the half bacon Turkey Bravo, with chips and a Chocolate Chipper cookie and a water. It was honestly the same incredible meal that I have enjoyed numerous times before. It was a takeout order; however, the employees all wore masks and ensured that social distancing practices were being followed. Everyone is also required to wear masks while inside the restaurant and sanitation is also priority. My order came out relatively quick and I had everything that I needed to ensure my experience went well. In terms of sustainability the sandwich was wrapped in what I believe to be some sort of parchment paper as well as the traditional plastic cups and straw. While this is not the worst that I have seen in terms of sustainability it certainly isn't the best. Overall a great meal!

Good food and still poor service. 5 in line waiting to order, noone at the register and 8 running around. Hope one day they get leadership in place. Maybe they should wonder why they have an overall 3 stars.

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with Panera tonight. I made a mobile order for me and my family, who is sick. I didn’t second guess what was in the bag because it had our order printed on a receipt stapled on the bag and the bag was sealed shut. Well come to find out it was a completely different order in the bag, which i found out after getting home. Me and my mom then tried to call them for about 15 minutes and they sent us to a fax machine or hung up on us each time. Extremely disappointed!!!! i understand a mistake with the food, it’s annoying but it happens. But sending your customers to fax or just hanging up on them is just rude and disrespectful!!!!

Because they usually slather the mayo and mustard on their sandwiches, I had asked for the mayo and mustard on the side. My ticket even showed these items are on the side. When I open my bag... no mayo or mustard. So, you can either have a sandwich drowned in condiments, or you can have it dry. Poor customer service!

Great experience at Panera here in Alabama. Service was quick despite the restaurant being full and the food was as good as normal at Panera. The tables needed to be cleaned but it was busy so not a big deal. We would stop here again if we’re traveling through this area.

It's Panera. Exactly what you would expect. Stopped for breakfast and sat outside. I had the bacon egg, tomato wrap. It was good. The yogurt parfait was good, but not as good as they used to be. Coffee was great as always.

Served us coffee wirh sour milk that was curdling. Pointed it out to them and they replaced it - with more curdling milk. Not impressed.

OMG!!!!!This had to be the worst Panera Bread I've ever had the salad I ordered was the Caesar Salad whole and the bacon was soooooooo damn hard I chipped a tooth in the back of my mouth also the spinach looked cooked that's how old it was and the lettuce some of it was pinkish I'm so done with ordering out thanks for helping me come to the decision Panera Bread, I mean I knew you all were racist but just to send my food like that, that's ridiculous I'm a paying customer regardless and I deserved good service. I will never order from them again period and that's any of them because of this one.

Won't eat there again. Got take out. Grilled cheese was not grilled. Turkey and cheese sandwich didn't have cheese. My sandwich was saturated so much with balsamic it was too strong. Let's just say $35 later and everyone was disappointed.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to home. Ordered egg white sandwich, ran out of bread and gave very small piece of sandwich($4.99). Sandwich artist ignored my request. Contacted register, had to ask for substitute. Very disappointed by customer service and response.

With covid pandemic, the employees were handling the orders in an efficient and safe manner. The salad and sandwich were good but not great. Maybe the quality of the food was somewhat diminished because of the covid. We still enjoyed our outing!

Not sure that I've ever been disappointed by any Panera Bread that I can remembers food is always fresh, tasty and filling. Never regret eating anything here. The staff at this particular location are very polite and work hard to make sure you get what you want/ordered.

Not unless you absolutely don't like fresh bakery, salads and or soups there is not many reasons to dislike PB. Very often the food looks as good as the pictures and descriptions on the menu. Plenty of seats, clean location and average customer service.

Back in March I had a sandwich that included tomatoes bacon and pimento cheese and when I took that first bite I felt like I was in sandwich heaven the sandwich was very tasty and it filled my stomach up that's for sure so shout out to the people at Panera Bread for combining tomatoes bacon and pimento cheese and putting it all into one satisfying sandwich most definitely come back for more

She did try to find it and asked a female manager. The manager was not friendly and walked by me several times not addressing my concern. I patiently waited and eventually it was found. The manager and a couple of others on staff seemed unenthused to be working and scattered. They were moving tables around customers. My first poor experience here. Very disappointed

Food at Panera Bread is really good. The customer service is questionable. I do not get the feeling like I am getting on there nerves, but at the same time I definitely don't feel like I am a priority.
