I stop at 20 pf a month.
Never have I experienced a trainer with such entitlement. She had one person doing 360. Would not allow anyone to work in any part of the equipment. Which violation of the so called pf policy ? that she misused.
She wouldn't demonstrate the exercise to the student who was clearly confused. But spent her time concerned with everyone else.
Children talking down to senior, entitled brat.

Not sure who the young gentleman was working this morning around 5-6am but he helped me out with the massage chairs and was super nice! The gym is always clean and everyone is super welcoming.

I am a previous member at that gym, but it seems as if the(y) are not committed on keeping members. I was talking to the General Manager and as I was trying to explain to her that I needed and wanted to renew my membership, was rudely interrupted by her and was told that I just needed to pay my late fees, and previous months. I was trying to tell her that my card got hacked, compromised with some fraud, but that was not taken to listen. I really didn't appreciate her attitude nor her demeanor about this matter. And will try my work outs somewhere else. Will not encourage anyone else to be a member there.
