First of all the staff is not friendly. The cashier said nothing to me until I greeted her but she was quick to strike up a conversation with my husband. Secondly, the bathroom looked like something out of a third world country. It was gross. Love the prices but the experience was a no fit me!

The assistant manager Nicole at this location was the nastiest assistant I have ever dealt with. For her to say she don’t handle returns of a speaker on her shift to come back when the store manager gets there was stupid. Then for her to tell me either you can leave or I’ll have the sheriff to escort you out just because she didn’t want to assist with an exchange. Plus tell me to go to another location how when I purchased from that store. She don’t need a manager position at all. What happened to customer service first? She along will cause the store to loose business when I spend several dollars in that store.

Roses Store Is Very Spaces where you can Find Anything , Customer Service is Very Great! They're Very Helpful!! I Recommend Everybody to Shop at this Store at any Location .

Was there this morningAsk the lady in the back if what it showed on the shelf if this was the price. She said yes got to check out. The lady charged me More for all my items. I told her about the amount and lady told me that was the price on shelf. She said it was wrong price so I left my 8 items at the counter and said have a good day. Stop hiring people that can't do the job. Im not gone argue with people that can't do there job. Wont never go back.

Bathrooms are horrible... Toilets flood they dont flush properly and to top it off instead of a door they have a shower curtain.... I was disgusted

Definately has good prices for many home items and for Health and Beauty too! Will go back soon! Enjoyable place to shop. Reminds me abit of Ollies but better prices than Ollies.

The Items in this Store are never organized or properly priced = results in wrong price at the register ! No Customer Service or Friendly Service at All !!! No hello or Good Byes! Rude and Confrontational interaction with the Customer after Price questions ! The Manager needs to be fired for their lack of professionalism and going in a back and forth arguing Typ of Manner with any Customer !
