Showed up at 6:45 on 08/21/24 due to my tires that I purchased in December 2023 had two nails in it. I was told by the service tech ( tire shop) he was the only person available to fix my tires and that he had two others in front of me. He states that he would not mind going beyond to help but could not do it as they close at 7:30, he needed to clean and shut down… 2 things wrong here,
1. Why are you working alone
2. It’s sad that he did not have help and I was pissed because I could NOT get my tire fixed. SAMS CLUB NeedS TO do better…

I had no appointment but they replaced two front tires (from Tire Rack) on my Volvo XC90 in about 30 mins fir $63. Will definitely go back to them again.

I purchased tires. I had to return to the shop within the same week because they did not "fix" the valve stem properly. I did not receive any kind of apology. I will make sure I never go back to this place to buy tires. I tried them because I have a Sam's Club membership.

No one will answer the phone! I’ve been trying to call for a few days to order some cupcakes for this weekend but every time I call the phone disconnects me. I’ve tried every department and even the direct number for the pharmacy and the vision center.

I get my tires at Sam’s.. usually no problem. Yesterday I took it at 4:15… said closes at 7:00. I say I need one new tire… the young man said… at least 10 times to another worker “I’m not staying late” “I’m leaving in a little while” “I don’t know how it’s gonna get done I’m leaving” ? Not ONE car even in there!! It says on my receipt when I picked it up TODAY that it was finished 5:35….I called up there yesterday at 6:45 to check on it… was told they were already gone for the day ?

Just left Sam’s on eastern blvd. worst experience ever. Used the mobile app bc the check out lines were so long. Tried to leave and the line to exit was twice as long and I had already paid. Asked for more people to work exit and was told excuses. I will not be returning to that store anytime soon! Poor poor poor customer service

I have been to this location for their pizzas fairly often, this particular time I purchased the pepperoni pizza and 2 of their hot dogs, which were exceptionally well. The price was not bad for the size of the pizza and hot dogs. They have computer setups to order the food in store and will give you a wait time so you can continue to shop. Employees were wearing gloves and masks.
