Worst starbucks you will ever go to. The coffee is nice and strong, but the customer service is awful! They don't clean the place and instead of trying to fix a customer complaint, they argue with you! Fire the current manager please Akea, she's a terrible "manager"!

Dirty.. it seems like they have a management issue. Boxes are left in the dining area, trashes are very where, tables are counters are all dirty. It was uncomfortable to eat food that prepared at such a dirty environment. I am not going there again.

First time at this location- I’ll be back!Monday, Michele was working the drive-thru. She sensed it might have been a tough day, made a great recommendation, and an even better drink! It was absolutely AMAZING!The only thing better than a well-crafted, completely DELICIOUS drink is great customer experience! We even figured out we’re from the same home town.Thank you so much Michele- your kindness truly made a difference in my day! ?☕️?

22/10/2023- I Don’t know the name of the girl..but she got curl hair and makeup. She didn’t not even listen what we asked ..end up giving wrong coffee.. but the worst part is making us wait for 10-15min to correct it and her attitude to listen to the customer and make things correct. Had to go to manager and he corrected it and also gave 4$ credit. Time is money.

Went in to order some coffees and nobody acknowledged us. the girl at the cash register was playing on her phone and ignored us (bbw asian) and we tried to ask the other girl (red hair big nose ring) who will take our order and she ignored us while she was streaming a personal phone call through her starbucks headset. Finally someone from the back waited on us that was nice ( african american girl with glasses). the dining room was filthy and looked like a storage room l. the bathroom was nasty. Will be calling the complaint line. I am so tired of people in customer service playing on their phones and not waiting on the customer. I'm not lying. check the store cameras. And no name tags.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star if I didn't have to. Terrible customer service. Was ignored and they clearly saw me as they walked back and forth several times. Then they refused to give me my own receipt. Made me grab it from the printer. Pathetic and not friendly at all.

Lately, the customer service has been trash. When I do go here, my drinks are not what I order or it’s not made the right way. Everytime I say something about it, they look like they have an attitude and remake my drink but it’s still not what I ask for like they just put something together for I can gtfo! They really gave me chocolate Milk when I asked for A WHITE MOCHA FRAPPEand didn’t even add the stuff that I paid extra for in the cup!?Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Looked like a stock room in their dining room. Stacks of boxes by the door. Staff needs to write down the orders since they cant remember your order. Had to repeat my order 4 times . Small regular coffee w/cream and sugar. How hard is that?

This Starbucks is usually a miss! There are several locations around town, I frequent most of the stand-alone Starbucks in town, and I can honestly say that this one will usually get my drink order wrong! Their service is good, but the attention to details leaves some things to desire. All in all, it's not the best option if you want what you want, but hey, we're human!

On our way back north from a Florida vacation, we stopped by this location to use the facilities and get our Starbucks pick me up and snack before the last homestretch. Upon arriving, the restrooms were definitely in need of a freshen. That's not a huge deal, though. Just something I observed. When I placed my order of (1) drink and (2) snacks (egg bites & a donut), I asked the barista to make sure the bacon Gruyère bites were still available and she said they were. I paid for my order and all was well. Sliding down the line to wait for the drink and food, I was delivered the donut and coffee, and my sister who had placed a second order received hers. Being a loyal customer of SB, I know those egg bites can take a minute so no worries. However, 10 minutes passed and still no egg bites. We were the only 2 waiting on anything inside the store at that moment. All 4 employees behind the register were working drive through and taking more in person orders, completely ignoring the only person standing at the end of the line waiting for food. 15 minutes, still nothing. So I managed to get one of their attention's and asked to check on them where she replied "I'm not doing the food line so I don't know." To which I respond with "okay, we'll... can you check on it?" And she says "yes." So I watched her fulfill a few more orders and then ask someone else about the bites. At this point I've been waiting over 20 minutes. They come back to me and ask "what was your name again?" And after scrolling through the orders and finding mine (Emily) - they proceed to tell me that the order was never put in for those. "But we can ring you up for them and make them for you now." My reply was "that's okay. I've already been waiting 35 minutes. I can do without them." I get that these things happen. The disappointment was the lack of concern and the blatant ignoring that happened during the near half hour wait. One of the baristas (wearing her Starbucks visor backwards AND upside down) walked past us at least 10 times, looking, and never even acknowledging. It was really a site. I was pretty sure I was invisible at one point. The last thing I want to mention is the state of the store itself. There weren't any napkins, boxes of food/merchandise was piled 10 feet high near the entrance, and there wasn't a single pleasant person in the place.
