My go to stop when traveling from Atlanta to the Gulf, so clean, always an attentive staffer on duty, extra clean rooms and bathrooms. What's not to love? It's also in a nicer area of Montgomery with plenty of shopping and dining spots.

Great spot, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, beds are perfect firmness, and it's updated. Great amenities, though we did not use the game room. It looked like fun. Great gym for traveling, too.
Parking was well lit and felt safe. Lock front door you need a key to enter late at night was great too. Staff were kind and helpful.
Definitely will stay again

Great hotel! The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cooked from scratch with real eggs and had a great variety of foods and drinks. The rooms are spacious and clean. I actually saw a woman vacuuming downstairs in the lobby. They keep it neat and clean. Would highly recommend especially for the price point. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

For hotels in East Chase, this Homewood Suites is one I'd recommend!
Rooms: See attached photos. This hotel is great with space. Having the living area/kitchen separate from the bedroom is great when you have a longer stay or when you are traveling with more than two people. My bed was very squeaky, so my first night sleep was a little rough. I also had a minor disappointment with the tvs, but the plus is there was on TV in the living area and another in the bedroom. Unexpected plus: daily housekeeping. Since the pandemic, this amenity has been hit or miss.
Service: I was disappointed that my Hilton Diamond status guarantee was not upheld. Because the bed was squeaky, I ended up being okay with switching hotels. Breakfast was very nice. Great variety of food and drinks, including, but not limited to, hot grits and oatmeal, overnight oats, omelet toppings, and tortilla shells. Pricing was a little high for this hotel, but you get great value in amenities and room accommodations.
Location: The location is on the outskirts of the Shoppes of East Chase, so access is close, which means a little less traffic than some other hotels. This was right by the target and dollar tree but restaurants and other stores are within .5 mile radius.

Always great people and a decent breakfast. I like robust coffee and at 6 am the coffee is perfect.
Nearby activities: Shopping and restaurants are all around the hotel.

For the price I paid, and for the pictures on line... the upkeep of this room is not what I expected... I would expect to see this in a motel 8... I don't think a Holiday Inn would let this slide.
I will not be staying at your location again ever..
The build up in the corners of that bathroom ... ughhhh
And whatever they are using to clean the floor is only floors is only putting a layer of buildup on it and making it sticky... those floors need to be cleaned with hot water and elbow grease.
I didn't complain while I was there cause I didn't want to spoil my visit, and another room would probably be worse.
And the drain in the tub, y'all didn't have that in the pictures online... that was very trifling.
Come on Hilton that was very disrespectful and disappointing.
Rooms: Room 301 is terrible stains on the old tweed couch, and bathroom look like it’s from the 1970s, dirt and grime included.
Walkability: Convenient to everything, stores and restaurants and downtown and Maxwell AFB
Food and drinks: The breakfast is everything and then some and the ladies that are working the breakfast area.
The breakfast was excellent
Noteworthy details: The pictures on line are nothing close to the condition of the room. I was in room 301, crud in the corners of the tub and toilet, lazy upkeep and the tub drain stopper was detached, and rusty

Excellent experience!!! Great customer service from DeMarcus, very professional, attentive, and friendly. Traveled with my elderly mother and son for his weekend Soccer Tournament Event. Not only were we able to check-in a little early, but we were also treated to a pleasant surprise- the rooms are massive, clean, modern, and the premises are well maintained! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be choosing this location at our next visit time and time again!

I have stayed at many HS in my life, this is the finest one I've ever been to! Wow Everything was great! Check-in, room, location, quiet, and what a breakfast bar!!

This place was great, they have dinner and breakfast and it’s pretty good. Service was amazing place was clean and the people were very nice. Rooms are nice and big. Another great thing is the place isn’t that busy either.

Quick highway access. Super friendly staff....Spencer was greeting checking in. Great rooms. Cool pool and patio. Large choice for items for breakfast. Close to several dinner options as well
