The staff were very unfriendly they stayed on their fones the entire time I asked for assistance, finding the Gumbo mix. The young lady said, "It's over there somewhere." Management stayed in the office never addressed the situation

Best place to purchase meats and restaurant supplies. Great customer service and I appreciate Kimmako for always going above and beyond. She truly makes you feel like you're family. Shopped t Mr. Chen's Oriental Store. Love the place. Wide variety of foods and goods from Asia and SE Asia. Haven't visited the restaurant for a while but every time I ate there before staff and food was excellent.

I have always supported this store in every organization I've worked for. However, due to a negative encounter with an employee simply over a question of if there was a restroom in the store. It's ashame that management doesn't know how their employees are treating customers. I'm done
