This location just doesn’t have a good car wash or vacuums to save their life. I spent $11 on a basic car wash just for it to do a half job, if you can even call it that and then the line malfunctioned and shut down for a moment in the middle of my wash. Also too, 2 out of 3 of the floor mat cleaners were broken. It’s unfortunate that I my money was wasted the moment I put my card in the machine.

The customer service here especially Michael that works at Marc-1 Car Wash was phenomenal. I had a great car wash experience and received great customer service especially from Michael that works at Marc-1 car wash.

Great people work here. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. The staff is very friendly and willing to go above the call of duty to help with any situation.

I relocated and had to cancel my membership. Unknowingly, money was being deducted from my account for 4 months after the request was made and approved. I contacted customer service only to be told that they would have to “review my request” and that they were not sure how long it would take and it is against company policy to provide an ETA. How ridiculous! I just want my money returned for services that were not provided.

Went around 9am on a sunny Monday morning and the wash was empty. The attendant was responsive and came to ensure the entrance machine worked! They’ve added some new dryers (which were needed), and the vacuums did a good job!
