Professional people who have a heart to help people with their car needs like me and others. They are patient and try to work with you to get your car needs met. I've been telling everyone about the people at Tire City. God bless and go give them a try. And you can get financing to get you low payments to pay all are some of the amount due. You can't get better than that guys.

Tire City did a excellent job on my truck. They pointed out a couple of things that need addressing that I didn't know about. I had some of them repaired. They did them in a timely manner. They provided transportation home when I need to leave my truck there and transportation back to pick it up later. The driver was very nice and we had a good conversation. The front desk is talways pleasant and professional. They washed my truck before I picked it up and it looked very good. Tire City always does more than expected. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is pod type coffee and bottled water to make coffee with or drink. The restroom is clean and nice. Tire city is a very nice business and the staff is professional and top quality.

Tires I originally ordered were not available. When the replacement tires arrived, one of them was out of round, so repairs were delayed for some time waiting on a replacement for the out of round tire. In the end, they did not put my spare tire in the tire rack under the truck. I was running late for an appointment, so I told the technician to just lay it in the bed of my truck

The staff were amazing and they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's car was safe to drive and were very, very kind and helped with extra services that they didn't have to do.

I have carried my RAM 1500 and my wife’s Nissan Armanda to Tore Pro for service (oil change, tires, sensors) 4 times over the last year. I have been pleased with each experience. They sometimes may have the vehicle an extra hour or so over promised completion time, but I would highly recommend.
