I believe this number for this company is a scam. I called to speak to someone about a used tired and the customer service rep got upset and told me that he couldn’t help me after I said that I wouldn’t pay a $3 activation fee for some Walmart gift card. That was confirmation right there that it’s a scam.
What local business does that?? This company is owned by Hispanics so I don’t this their away of this going on. I will make sure that I let them know when I show up to their business today. This is ridiculous.
Y’all remember when a company offers you a gift card you are to never pay any fees. I received gift cards from companies before and never had to pay any fees. They offered. I didn’t ask.

It is no longer Tony's Tires! I repeat it is NO LONGER Tony's Tires!
Horrible place! Prices are too high! Customer service is too low! The guy wanted to charge me a new tire price for a used tire price that the tread was like peeling. When I advised them this was a right and what they put this tire on their moms car they said they don't make the price. I asked for a manager, they said the manager wasn't there and the owner was out of the country. However he acted as if he went and called the owner and he said he could sell the tire for about $11 cheaper. I did go ahead and purchase the tire. However, I told them I would be back if the tire did not hold up within the 30-day warranty that they gave. (Again the tread was peeling back and they said basically that was how all the tires were.) Not good customer service at all. ??

This is only my second visit to Tony's on Burbank, and I was very pleased with the service. The young man they have dealing with all those customers deserves a raise for tolerating that excessive heat outside. He managed all customers with patience. It would be nice if the owner would invest in a shaded cover for customers as we wait with our cars but otherwise, I appreciate the prompt service.

It is no longer Tony's and the prices have gone up outrageous. They wanted to charge me more than I could get a new tire for thank you but I'm sorry. This is not a good place to go anymore.

The building is ugly. The service is great. The only place I use for tires. They specialize in used tires, but also have unbelievably good prices on new ones too. They get you serviced in minutes, literally. Super fast, best tire experience ever. Espanol helpful, but not required.
